Would you guys ever make a video how to maintain a silk press i.e. tips for going to the gym and how to make your press last?
Love when you guys show the versatility in your hair! 😍

Yes...making sure your hair is dry to the core is SO important. I usually dry on day and flat iron the next. I have a RevAir now and it makes a HUGE difference, I can flat iron the same day when I use it but it really pulls that moisture from my cortex.

Wow, this was so helpful! As someone with dry, fine hair strands I’ve always been afraid to use much shampoo but couldn’t figure out why I could never get salon quality presses at home. I’ve been using the redken anti-breakage spray but now I’m going to purchase the shampoo, conditioner and hair mask for silk press season. Can’t wait to see the results!

❤Thank you so much! I have learned a lot from both of you. I finally did an amazing wash-and-go after watching Kelsey do hers.
I am not sure if it was the products or because I finally sectioned and spent extra time working in the product. But, until I get a few more amazing wash-and-goes I am sticking with this:
    • Cowash= Suave “Charcoal & Aloe Vera Clarifying Conditioner”
    • Conditioner= Pantene “Repair & Protect”
    • Deep Conditioner= Curls’ “Cashmere + Caviar Hair Masque”
    • Leave-in Conditioner= Miss Jessie’s “Multi-Cultural Curls”
    • Styler= Miss Jessie’s “Coily Custard”
    • Top Oil= 100% Cold pressed argan oil

Can y'all please link your favorite flat iron as well as a good heat protector? Also can you please link your last silk press video, so we can go back & watch more of the process? Do you recommend staying away from serums before completing the silk press? What part in the step do we apply heat protector, I don't believe I heard you mentioning it in this video🤔 Please do a video on heat press maintenance & how you guys wrap it to keep it fresh at night? How long can we expect it to last if we take care of it properly?
