One more thing, if you guys have a Ross, try there to get your redken products, they’re usually the big sizes and half the price. Ross or tj maxx usually have them 👍🏾 save a buck because I’m cheap 😬

I went to ULTA to get the Redkin products and almost DIED at the price!!😫 But CHILE I went to Marshall’s and they had ALL the Redkin products for $9 LESS than ULTA!! I’ll be going to Marshall’s from now on. They even had the Joico brand there for $6.99!!! I LOVE MARSHALLS!!

Y’all if y’all haven’t tried theses products then u need to ! The Redken shampoo and conditioner is so bomb . Even with the shampoo i was apple to DETANGLE my hair in the shower . My hair type seems similar to Kels . But even if it isn’t still try these products! The deep conditioner moisturize your hair to the next level ! If u haven’t use salon products for straightening your hair i highly suggest it ! I notice drastically the changes between the two. I never used leave in before blow drying my hair and my hair was so soft ! Please try ! It is pricey but well worth it ! Love y’all !!! 😘

If you always to wash and gos you’re more likely to get single strand knots vs. someone that does braid outs or twist outs. I think don’t immediately cut them because you won’t retain length.

Mixed hair and bleached blonde hair with highlights. I rotate 5 different shampoos and conditioners. Two different deep conditioners. Leave in conditioner and apply Argan oil on my length and ends daily. Shea moisture is a god send line of products. I’m experimenting with braids and protective styling to use less heat.
I just got my hair straightened yesterday at ULTA. I picked up the bamboo dry oil it does smell amazing. I haven't used it yet but it went on my hands well. Oh and it kept my fly away down. Your recommendation have never failed me. I also got the nioxin kit. Ill get the redken shampoo and conditioner later. Then ill have everything. ❤❤

I use the Tresemme heat protectant too, but I spray it on before I blow dry. I don’t add more or use another heat protectant before flat ironing. 💜

Y'all should use the Revlon paddle brush blower dryer. It works wonders and cuts down drying time substanially(sp)!
Secilie Jones or the ecotools one. that's the one that I use. I love it. I use the tension method and then blow dry because the brush has vents.
All I had to do was detangle mine... it still got really straight

Kelsey your hair is BEAUTIFUL my goodness I am speechless! I wish I could stretch my straight hair 3 weeks but I have seborrheic dermatitis. So I literally have to wash my hair every week so I wear it straight twice a year. I love wrapping my hair, just taking it down and being able to get out the door 🙌🏽

Kelsey, Do you ever get single strand knots?! If so, what is your treatment of them? I'm trying to retain my length but I hate single strand knots!!! I always end up snipping them...
If you always to wash and gos you’re more likely to get single strand knots vs. someone that does braid outs or twist outs. I think don’t immediately cut them because you won’t retain length.
Air 01 I agree. I noticed I have less knots when I stop doing the wash n go. I stick with twist out's and it still has the curly effect.
It works! I got and did everything minus anti-snap ( cuz of price), use Sally's version of Blow dry spray and use my GHD flat iron.

Mixed hair and bleached blonde hair with highlights. I rotate 5 different shampoos and conditioners. Two different deep conditioners. Leave in conditioner and apply Argan oil on my length and ends daily. Shea moisture is a god send line of products. I’m experimenting with braids and protective styling to use less heat.

I just got my hair straightened yesterday at ULTA. I picked up the bamboo dry oil it does smell amazing. I haven't used it yet but it went on my hands well. Oh and it kept my fly away down. Your recommendation have never failed me. I also got the nioxin kit. Ill get the redken shampoo and conditioner later. Then ill have everything. ❤❤
