11-4-24. Did this work out after day 6 of the November 2023 seven day challenge just to get my heart rate up a little bit more. This is my first 10 minute workout.
Just found your video. What kind of treadmill are you using? Mine is being delivered in two more days! Excited to be able to walk on those rainy/cold days. I hope to get to a level where I can eventually run. If my bad hips and knees can take it.
Yay! Welcome to the channel!! It is a nordic track. I forget the exact type. What treadmill are you getting delivered? Walking is SUCH a great way to exercise. We have a bunch of walking workouts. So much easier on your knees!
Ooops... I almost forgot about today's challenge... so I added Little HIIT later in the day (after Barry's Boot Camp at lunchtime.) Still can't hit 8.0 on Barry's, but I'll get there. This Little HIIT is perfect for a quick sweat. Day two challenge completed! Amazing comparing my ability from two months ago.
