This is excellent: it feels a lot more run-focused than other warm-up suggestions I have seen, is comprehensive and yet short enough to have no excuse not doing it.
I love how this isn't an explain the process so I know what to do later, but the actual warmup routine. My mother just got required by her doctor to do 3 miles a day, so something I'm definitely sending her.
Perfect timing! Just came home from work, checking the tube before going out on a run and I see this. Also the presentation was very good. Very easy to follow. 10/10!
In my training plan, I often have to do a few kms to warm up, then 5 mins stretching before intervals, and I always think I don't know what to do and can't think of anything - it's so nice to see your warm up routine is essentially exactly what I do in these cases - so I'm not as useless as I thought :D :D thanks for the reassurance - I'll now do my little routine with more confidence!!
An audio of the routine would have been helpful, so that we could download it to our watches and listen to do this before our run. I try not to take my mobile phone when I go for my run, so having this in audio format would have been ideal for me.
when should you do stretching in relation to your triathlon training? before a training after or during your rest day? how often should I do this once a week or multiple times? #coachescorner
You really do that? 😂 I don't have time for that. I start slowish and then increase my pace gradually for the first ten minutes. I do all the intervals in the second half of the session. No cool down either.

You guys are amazing. Thank you for the content and sharing your knowledge ❤️
Brilliant, just what I’ve been looking for. Great that it’s a follow along too and not just an explanation. Thank you 😊
Hip open/ close is definitely on my list now. This old-ish man is getting noticeably tight in that department. Thanks 🙌🏻
Thanks I have a track meet tomarow this helps. thank you 🙏
Thank you for this warmup reminder- I needed this!
Bookmarked!
Just when I needed it! Recovering from shin splints as a result of not Stretching, this will help loads!

Just tried it, heading out for my long run now!
Exellent content,many thanks ❤
Next : 5 minutes post-run stretching
I was unable to perform many of these without holding on to something. I imagine my ballance would improve with practice? 😂
#coach’s corner: Please consider doing a review of triathlon/multi sport GPS smartwatches .

Wow, I'm surprised how much I actually cover from these! I just need to be consistent with doing them now 😅
Good timing. Also, Is it me or does anyone else hear Tom Petty’s Learning To Fly?
if you want to be an athlete, you gotta train like an athlete. this is where gains are made. no shortcuts.
