It is easy to observe as Patrick knows how to be kind with each pupil amd especially how he is careful to the concept of think positive and transmit the right thought to the person he is training. In my opinion, every teacher has to be more attentive on mental aspect because even if you are explaining the right thing if you aren't able to instill positive thought to people, you are not a good teacher, in tennis as in any other sector.

I agrre, I had an excellent coach that was brilliant in explaining technique but when I couldn't do what it told me, he was loosing patience and sometimes shouting at me... Which killed my confidence.

Oh shes so fun and positive! I just loved her and the effort she made to tell you how much she was appreciating your camp. What a sweet lady. Then i read all the comments below and cant believe how many jerks there are. What a bland world if we were all the same. She was authentic, excited and loved tennis. You know what else she was? kind. Unlike the people commenting here. I bet Patrick loves teaching those who appreciate him and complement him on work well done. Be Kind!
Im a similar age to her and just starting tennis. She's inspired me to what i might be able to achieve in 4 years if i work hard and stay enthusiastic.
The problem is she is talking way too much for a tennis session with such a great coach.She could have done the bla bla outside the court. I believe she paid the lesson, do ibwould have done everything possible if i had this money to let Patrick speak the most possible. My brain would have been like a sponge.
@@silvias550 Yeah but the problem is not everybody is like you and she is free to spend her lesson however she wants to. And despite her talking she was definetly paying attention and trying to do the things he told her.

You can tell she genuinely loves tennis and obviously has lots of energy. She def is hyperactive and her excessive talking could come across as not being receptive, but she does seem to listen.

My weakness is my forehand and my strength is my backhand. I just hit my back hand back and make the front racquet face to where I want to hit meaning the flat surface of the racquet. Hit like "Zverev or Alcaraz"

I am 9 years old, I was born on October 26, 2013. I have been training regularly individually since the age of 4.5. We are having a tough time right now, but we are finding opportunities for my training. I love to train for 3 hours every day to win!
