Fantastic video lesson! It seems so simple in theory but to do it in actuality is much different. You have a way of explaining the process so impeccably. There’s a player here we know that hits the forehand routinely over 100 mph and it’s a forehand like never before. If only you could take a look at them. Their forehand is out of this world and it’s mind blowing. Thanks again

Love that tip you gave her after hitting the forehand down the line, to hurry quickly to the middle to hit a cross court winner. Admittedly I don't have great fitness or gumption to hurry and I meander a bit too long, and by the time I react, I'm hitting a desperation shot. It makes sense and looks really good, I'll have to try that out when I go hit next time. Awesome stuff.
