- The first ride of my all @scott sports Scale Nino Schurter edition. This thing absolutely flies on the ups and you can tackle the downs albeit scary with the seat up! I’ve put taken this on some big rides locally and it’s been a great way to get summer fitness right up,

I trail rode my Scott scale 930 for 5 years, and it was awesome
Scotty: “I actually don’t think there’s a single component on it that I could change to make it any lighter lighter.”
Weight weenies: You could change the bars, stem, and seatpost to schmolke component, the fork to a Sid ultimate, the crankset to a carbon crankset, the 10-51 tooth cassette to the 10-45 tooth cassette, the pedals to eggbeater 11s, and the saddle to a fully carbon saddle from amazon. According to my calculations you will save exactly 1.66 kilograms.🤓

Great film Scotty, and nice to see some footage from home as well. I'm currently giving serious thought to ditching my Fuel EX 9.8 for a good hardtail as I'm really not a trail smasher...more a converted triathlete. It would be great to see a longer term review once you've had more time on the Scale.
Will think about doing something like this in winter! Thanks for the request. So far my only gripe is I should maybe have put an short dropper on it!

Looking to buy a 2011 Scott Scale 20, beautiful bike, just love those older carbon models with 26" wheels, you can have a very light full on Mountain bike. Yours is awesome.

NINO has hes own Syncros bar/stem kombo, i think its - 17 degres and is very light and expensive😀

Just took delivery of a Spark RC 900 Team Green but the downtube has a crease in it :/ Scott has no stock left either. Waiting to hear from them how they wil resolve it. Killer bike mate.

Hi Scotty I am very big fan of you.... it is really Fantastic Bike ... and I am also a big fan of Scott bikes ... but I have a little bit confusion about Scott carbon frame specially HMF ... are these really durable... someone told me that Scott carbon frames r less durable and break very soon after a small fall ... please help me

Nice bike but it could get considerably lighter even without custom parts. Colors are bit of a mess.
Yeah the customs are a little unnecessary but it’s a real cool bike I have it and it’s fun to ride on my is all orange and black tho

Whats the weight then? "superlight" My EPIC. FS - 20 Weights 9.7 kg and thats even without the 600 grams lighter S-WORKS frame. If I had built on that, it should weight 9.1 kg

You’ll be fine on trails but it’s not really designed for jumps or bike parks!
