I have big wrench and used my grinder to make it fit perfectly on the fan clutch bolt and used a long pry bar to hold it still and booom my fan came right off.
You can test each cp3 by unplugging them one at a time while running. If it’s working properly unplugged should make the pump go to max psi or 26kpsi which you could monitor from your edge insight you will get some injector clatter when they go to max pressure but they will be fine for a few seconds
I swear by zep purple for degreaser, as a teenager I worked at jiffy lube and we got that stuff in 55 gallon drums. I buy gallon jugs at the hardware store and use it undiluted. Zep purple, detail brush and wheel brush and light rinse with shower setting on a garden hose nozzle is how I normally do it. The low pressure water won't infiltrate anything more than rain water while driving
I use full strength simple Green in a pump sprayer on my 6.7 then use a garden hose with a spray nozzle. And believe it or not a cobweb duster works really well as a scrubber. It fits in all the hard to reach places and has decently stiff bristles. I think a pressure washer is to much psi. Loving the content as always. What can we look forward to now? Lol do a night star headliner..
EVERYTHANG DIESEL sorry. You said you didn’t know if the engine would still run or if there’s a way to see if the new cp3 was working. You can remove the serp belt and check. 21:25 ish on your video.
The only modified aftermarket CP3'S that make sense are the $1,000 Lincoln diesel unlimited mile 3 Year warranty good for 650HP. Exergy and S&S have 1 year and cost double. No thanks; two modified Lincoln's is the way to go.
The fuelers is more of a assurance mod ensuring your fuel rail is receiving good fuel pressure and isn't starving especially if running bigger injectors
Or I used a 34mm wrench and used my table top Grinder to grind it to a 35mm wrench and used that and a long pry bar to get the fan clutch off real easy.
Great video as always. You were damn near spot on regarding the fuel pump and the injectors. A stock is only good for stock. An good aftermarket is good up to +/- 200 hp max. Duals are needed for the 200+ especially when dragging. You’ll get much better takeoff with a dual CP3/4.2 injector than any single. Lastly; never improvise with ANYTHING regarding your fuel delivery system. It ain’t worth $5 worth of fuel line to FUBAR all you worked so hard to achieve only to be set back 1000’s of $’s! Lastly; the drink and belch was perfect.
Ppe provides 5/16 fuel lines cause thats what size line connects to the cp3s so I would need a adapter to fit 5/16 fittings from 1/2in this way i did was easier and required only one part instead of all new 1/2in hose for and adapters.
Looks bad ass bro 🙌🙌🙌 If your skeptical about putting water in your engine bay GUNK makes citrus degreasing wipes for engines I'll send you a picture of it on Instagram
Simple Green is great on the engine bay. What I'm wanting to know is -- I replaced the water pump after noticing a leak out the wheap hole. Bought me a fresh looking green belt [high dollar] for my lady. I still have the cummins squeak. I'm wondering if it might be the tensioner -- but its taught as all get out. Messing with her is a trip everytime -- from front axel U joints and hub assemblies, to changing gear oil. It's like learning to turn a wrench all over again. I have so many questions bruh, but all these fools up here in Ohio are rocking old ass 7.3s. No where to go but your videos brotha. I say that to say this. Its 530 here come help. 🤣🤣😂😂
Turn up the regulator on your air dog
A you know you can run a bar of soap 🧼 on the belt while it's running to get rid of the squeal noise
Lmaooooo no wonder it was leaking everywhere on the 1st start up 😂😂 that BUSCH LIGHT had my boy DRUNK 🤣🤣🤣
Engine bay goals
Haha thank you!🙌🏾
You just got a subscriber simply due to the busch chug. Dont even know ya but we're buds now😂
Haha same 😂 good video
I use Purple Power to clean my engine.
I have big wrench and used my grinder to make it fit perfectly on the fan clutch bolt and used a long pry bar to hold it still and booom my fan came right off.
Also measure the bolt length for the top pully and then put a nut on it and cut it off shorter so there will be no need for all those washers .

And yes your truck will still run if one takes a dump

Take the belt off to see if the truck will start. The stock one is gear driven but you know that.
In regard for what? Just lost a little haha

Use scrub n bubbles on the engine bay, spray it on let it sit and watch all the crap melt away.
Nice video man!
Gave me the confidence to hook up the dual fueler kit on my 06 duramax. Had it for a while just been nervous to put her in.
That has to be the nicest engine bay I’ve ever seen
Appreciate it man thank you!
I dig watching your videos man.
Thanks man!
Big step bro and love the content as always💯🙌🏾
Appreciate it homie!!✊🏾🔥🔥
You do know you can now go with bigger turbos!!
Yes! But 366/480 compounds is already lots of air! Can support up to 1200hp
Noobie here is that with stock pistons, and rings
Cam....did you notice an increase in efficiency, throttle response, and/or power increase from your dual fueler kit on stock injectors?
It pretty much was the same, I also haven't added fuel or got a tune revision either
The fuelers is more of a assurance mod ensuring your fuel rail is receiving good fuel pressure and isn't starving especially if running bigger injectors
Right on Cam...I appreciate your insight!
Thanks man, no worries!
Did you try air chisel it always works
Yes he tried that.
My dude drinking the busch lights!! My shit!
Haha had to switch up!
Or I used a 34mm wrench and used my table top Grinder to grind it to a 35mm wrench and used that and a long pry bar to get the fan clutch off real easy.

On the coolant pipe were does that bracket bolt too
That bracket is for if u have astock intake manifold
Hey man. It’s Daniel again. Just bought a 17 6.7! Loving it. Gonna get it paid for and start upgrades. Crew cab long bed 6 speed 🤘🏽🙌🏼
Nice man!
Why wouldn’t you just T the 1/2 air dog line and feed both cp3 with 1/2” instead of reducing it?
Ppe provides 5/16 fuel lines cause thats what size line connects to the cp3s so I would need a adapter to fit 5/16 fittings from 1/2in this way i did was easier and required only one part instead of all new 1/2in hose for and adapters.
EVERYTHANG DIESEL fair. Was just curious.
Always great to see you happy after a successful upgrade. Nice work big guy. 😎
Thanks buddy, it was a awesome install!
I like your content man, it’s actually focused on the truck, not a talking head vlog with a truck in it. Keep it up! 👍
Looks bad ass bro 🙌🙌🙌

I would say your tensioner man, or pulley above the fan.
I went through all pulleys and the belt on my previous Cummins to get rid of the notorious shutdown squeak only for it to return a short time later
Dude! Someone stole your fan shroud!
So your using a duramax CP3 on this kit? If so what year?
Yes it is an lbz cp3 pump
@@EVERYTHANGDIESEL Awesome, thank you for another great video
Love the content🤘
Thank u man!!
Thanks for an informative video! Love watching these to see what I need to do next. LOL
Thank you man, glad u enjoying the videos!! 🙌🏾
Is the thread on the fan reversed ? Turn wrench to the right to loosen ? Turn left to tighten?
Great install man ! This setup looks really clean 👌🏻
Awesome video keep going like this...😬🤘🏻
Will do brother!
