I have put a roof tent on my 205 Look, one thing i can tell you for 2 people, two cross beams were not enough, now i have 4 on it and it holds strong :)

nothin some welding can't undo in the future :P

With the thinness of sheet on that roof I doubt it's realistic to get any reasonable shape back into it after the welding cools down. As slick as the rails look without the rack on it's also almost a factory look.
