The country might not be as modern as other Asian countries, but Bruneians are really good at communicating in English. I find that most of the people in this video can understand and speak the language, which will make it easier for foreigners and tourists to interact. Salute! 😄
They are modern but didn't need a big city course population in Brunei are very small even not half million people

Brunei is a place for those who enjoy slow living, enjoy good foods and bath in pristine nature.
Those who want entertainment, esp. busy nightlife, Brunei is for sure not for you. Thus, some find the country boring.
