take ur time here in our country and ask a local who can actually guide you and tell you everything about our history, culture and so on.. it's beautiful and peace I promise you won't regret.
@@AdrianWan1 visit Brunei when there is a big celebration or event. You can see the Sultan or even get closed to him. He doesn't have bodyguards. But Brunei is a tranquil place. It's a very different experience. You will enjoy it if you appreciate seeing things that are not typical of a tourist destination. But I'm telling you, it's an enriching experience. Even though Brunei is a very rich state, immigration officers don't ask anything. Try to visit the oil plant. It takes about 2 hours by public bus from BSB
@@mastyo1961 Say what? The sultan doesn't have bodyguards? How well do you know him? Are you losing your mind! He does have bodyguards but they are not wearing uniforms or some kind. They do not want to be known in the public eye
I have been to Brunei four times and I recommend visiting Brunei on holidays like National Day, birthday of the Sultan, his coronation anniversary, end of Ramadan. I have seen big events there and it was so fantastic. But in ordinary days, it is very quiet
Brunei is a ultra safe family oriented place. Its not for everyone. It's not loud and busy and there is no alcohol! But it has nature, nice markets and welcoming locals.
Love how respectful you guys are, and happy to hear you enjoyed our country. Oh and I wonder what time did you come to the night market? It looked a little bit empty, seems like many of the vendors have gone home... I would recommend going there around 5pm to 7pm so that you can visit more stalls (usually it's bustling busy there around those times!). Thank you so much for coming anyway!
Thank you for visiting! Brunei's such a chill and relaxing place, and I personally love it for that. It's a great escape from the busy city life. Perfect if you're looking for a place to wind down, meet friendly people, learn about the culture and have some delicious foods haha If you ever have the chance to visit again, I wish you could try our ambuyat and take a boat trip to see the proboscis monkeys, crocodiles, and fireflies! But I'm glad you managed to visit the mosques and Empire (did you know there's a bowling alley and cinema there?) Also sadly since everyone travels by car the pedestrian lights aren't well-maintained but still I feel that walking around feels very safe and tranquil. Just very hot and humid hahahah. The nature here is underrated tho like greenery everywhere, clean air, and beautiful sunsets.
Thanks for coming to our country ❤, i love my country Brunei Darussalam, and i love our Majesty and his all families, i wish my country more peacefully till end of this world ❤❤❤
Listening to the music at the airport, I guessed you came during the month of syawal (eid). In Brunei, eid is celebrated throughout the whole month. Shops will be relatively empty within the first few days of eid.
Welcome & thank you for visiting our country. I hope u enjoy exploring. If only u hv 1 more day making video having fun at Jerudong Playground that would be great. But its okay... Come again someday ❤️
Wow nice IAM working here in Brunei for 23 years but never ever rom around in this country.because no day off to that things.amazing country and loving people
Wondering if you had changed any Brunei money or it's possible to use SGD money or cashless, hmm. Also, would you recommend Brunei or Bintan for a weekend family trip? thanks
Brunei need some re-developement to make our country much more beautiful but it's highly possible the economy fo it got suck away by corrupt ministers...it's not obvious for outsider but to those a citizen of brunei,we know the truth..I feel bad for our sultan...His majesty try to make things right calmly... If you guys visit Brunei: Kuala Belait....That place truly need support economically to renovate.
Thank you for highlighting this issue. I am well behind you. This issue has long been discussed but nothing has been done. The country, according to travellers, is looking back dated
Brunei is a safe country. There's no need for cars to wait for the red light to stop while pedestrians cross the lane, as long as you're on the pedestrian lane, you can cross the street even with eyes closed. Cars will automatically stop. 😅
Thanks for showing it to us. Frankly I saw not much which would bring me to go. Not a very walkable place it seems. « Chill » to the point of feeling rather alone I gather… There are a lot of other Asian countries which seem much more interesting to me. OK for a couple of days I guess, after you have seen the rest of Asia.
Are you a man who never have a man to be good friend, or best friend, cousin, nephew or officemate to be a clean relationship. You know what I mean? Man with man with no feeling deeply in love as gay on deeply in love to have sex. There are many men and women still live exist have good relation ship in normal way. Although like in love in your eyes but think positif good and clean relationship with same sex still exist
Ofc lah we shopped at Miri 😂 everything cheap bah The only Cheap here is probably food from Pasar Malam since it's the most affordable and it's not really boring, you guys are just used on too much shopping at big malls and probably been here during the non-event weeks or month

I know Brunei doesn't allow gay couple to enter their country.
Keep believing stupid stories made up by Western media. Brunei welcomes everyone, unless you have an Israhell passport.
They do allow gay people to enter? Just no PDA (same with straight couples) The law is for muslims anyways.
