    Half of video goes in giving dimensions. However, very clever use of off set surface and split line. You could have used dome command for those little dimples...

    Super helpful tutorial. The description is clear and at a very good pace. I really like to know how the pattern was created using the composite curve though. Is there any part two for this video?

    very interesting your splines outlook, so you only use arcs, I might try it since I used to do that in autocad as well, just only arcs and speccially lines with fillets. thank you

    • @3D-World
      @3D-World  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah, if you really designing real objects when needed you wanna revise them, using splines almost not make it possible, hard to control it. Thats why I use arcs.

  • @kle2217

    Thanks for the tutorial. May I suggest that you slow down just a bit though. Your audio could be a little louder and clearer. It was kind of hard to follow your voice and kind of sounded like you were mumbling through most of the video. The keyboard and mouse clicks were very noticeable to hear throughout. I do find your video tutorials useful, but also frustrating to follow because of the opinions I had noted. Also, you should finish up with a second part to this video. It just ended all of a sudden without finishing the last step. thx

    16:45 Dude, if you are going to pause for personal conversations with whoever that girl was, just pause the tutorial, pick it up in a second video and edit the 2 together. FYI in youtube studio you should be able to mute audio segments.

    Sorry to say this man. I started this tutorial and its almost undoable. I will try to finish ofcourse but you go WAY to fast for this being a tutorial. Its more that anyone can see how easy and fast you can draw this part. Im REALLY not trying to be rude, but you use key combinations ALOT, and its almost not to follow whats happening, I need to rewind all the time to find out you just pressed a key combination then I need to rewind again to find out which combination it was, like all video long. If you are uploading this as a tutorial for people to learn, which ofcourse is really great: please work slower and just click the icons instead of key combinations which nobody can see.
