I have seen what is considered million dollar homes but I have to tell you the parade of homes in Salt Lake and Utah, these homes seem unreal, I mean these builders are next level. The attention to details and the finishes bar none are beyond next level, true masterpiece. I take my hat off to the builders and designers simply amazing.
Scott here from Texas. I spoke to you in the past, but I think I have decided that Utah is where I want to be. They are building incredible homes there.
@@livingincedarcityutah-mitc3495 I guess you didn’t remember me but that’s cool, when we spoke before I told you I was looking at 1.75 to 2.5 cash. But It’s all good.
I loved it..I've seen houses that were $ cost$ much more. But didn't have a much room as this one. It was as beautiful or put together like this home. I hate to see a large house with unusable spaces. This here I doesn't have that. The layout was beautiful. When that blessed day comes - when my family and I hit the big one this would be the home I'd love to have. It fit the bill and there's absolutely nothing I would or change. Thanks for showing!!!
Only a few minor decor changes I would make. But this is one stunning house! There's even a place for a whole 'nother family! And I assume it's very affordable? Doesn't matter...where do I sign?!😂
Wow o wow … sum parts of the house is like, why u put that there. I wd of thought the bed rooms wd of been a bit bigger. Love how the master room has its own laundry. I think the trampoline shd of been near the pool. Overall just fabuuulous 👏🏼👏🏼 They wd need a cleaner or live in house person of some sort
It’s an absolutely stunning home. Great location, impeccable finishing, gorgeous land/hardscaping, masterful design work. However, it’s sooooooo big, that it kind of looks like a corporate building wearing a house costume; from the outside, at least. Perhaps it will lose that vibe in 10-15 years, when the landscaping has really grown in. The inside, on the other hand, is remarkably intimate and homey, _especially_ given its massive size. Only what… 0.1% of the population can afford a $5 million home? It’s out of reach for pretty much everyone that will watch this. With that being said, almost every home tour I watch is of a super-luxury, multi-million dollar home, and I rarely see something that actually looks like it’s worth that amount of money. This one looks like it’s worth the money. You can tell the builders and craftsmen were very passionate about this project. Thanks for sharing!
People go goo goo gaga over homes like this.....but this home was not laid out with functionality in mind. It is just randomly scattered with no real functional design in mind. Terrible layout.
@@nicoles9077 my current houme has fireplace on the wall to the right of the couch. The wall ahead has a decorative built-in housing large TV & entertainment components and speakers. Flames just below the TV is distracting & the light from the fire actually detracts from screen details. Sure you can have a home theater room but you are not in there every night watching TV shows. Having it just slapped up there is estheticly displeasing & detracts from the elegance of the home.

Nicely Done. NO HYPE. CLASSY.

This was such a beautiful house....I really enjoyed the tour ....all portion of the house were just perfect ...thanks for the tour
I’m glad you enjoyed! The salt lake parade of homes is coming in August!
I like how u intro the house and then don’t talk, just video. Letting us gather our own thoughts as u record 😃
Yes, feel the house. It's an emotional experience. I don't need to tell you you're looking at a bedroom.
It's nice. The upper bedrooms are so small. I've seen 5,000 SF homes with 6 bedrooms and private baths. I was shocked that there were only 4 here.
In my experience people these days want more open spaces for entertaining and fewer bedrooms.
Seems like more are wanting to spend time in the open space rooms trading space from bedrooms
yes, true
perfect house, and perfect tour!🤩
I appreciate it my friend! Hope to see you more in the comments!

Stunning!
It really is!
Best home I have ever seen wow❤
There’s more to come!! Thank you!
Some of these videos on the parade of homes have my wife and I thinking we need to go to UTAH to look at their homes. They are gorgeous.
I agree!! You know who to call to be shown around🤙🏼 801-835-9368
@@livingincedarcityutah-mitc3495 I’ll hold you to it and Thank you much. I'll lock you in.
This home is so beautiful but, it should be a six bedroom home.
More bedrooms are usually a great plus!
3 bathrooms in the basement is kind of unnecessary. Looks like the builder ran out of ideas and just stuck a bathroom to fill up space.
j'adore...!!!!
Beautiful right??
I love my ghetto home
I'm glad you do lol

Haha or you could house all the pets you need.
All the homes I love on the internet are in Utah; one is in Dallas Tx, but all the rest are in Utah.
I think that's a sign😉

Hi can you tell us the price of the homes at the end of video
@@lawrencena8244 most videos will have the price in the description unlike this one. It sold for approximately $5.4m
Who was the interior decorator(s) for this house?
I’m not sure exactly. E builders could have done that in house or hired an interior designer!
Price?
about $5m
This would have been good with narration. I was so lost in this house.
Haha if it helps, I try to always stick to the right going through so I don’t get lost myself😂
The format of this home is horrible
To each their own
Good video but please lose the gum when talking. The slurping and smacking is not going to be popular.

Horribleeeee House design, I don't see 5ml...more like 2.5 ml
I thought it was stunning providing much entertainment!
We are going to design & build a beautiful home & then throw a TV above the fireplace. I'm soooo tired of this lazyness.
What’s wrong with watching TV above a cozy fireplace?? You get to snuggle in front of a good movie and keep warm.
