Thank you, sir. I appreciate you still tuning in! You gave me some advice on videos not too long ago, I'm hoping to add some of those elements to the channel. I hope you are well!

We’ll darn, I noticed my floor in that same area by the little water drain is a little soft but I don’t want to rip it apart because it’s still a nice boat

I wouldn't do it if you're not ready to tackle the whole project. You can cut out the soft spot and fiberglass a new piece in, but it's still a process!

I’m having withdrawals from knowing what’s become of this boat. 😂

Ugh...pulling the motor off Friday after Thanksgiving! Thanks for sticking around!

When removing top cap (after motor) remove rubber from boat rail then drill out all the rivets (there will be ALOT). I built a cradle onto my trailer and theres a guy in Arkansas youtube channel JMINK who did a similar project. Many prefer a lift to separate but I got a few neighbors and my loving wife to help and we managed to get it off and flipped over to set top cap on blocks. From that point I tore out the floor and used multitool to cut around edges... Transom is worth a look as its easier to replace here. I also used two 2x4s with slots cut with circular saw to set on top of hull to help prevent flex. Important note. Splash well will be fiberglassed to the interior of transom... With some elbow grease and a flat prybar you can wedge them apart.
