I juice the ash gourd with the seeds, but I do peel the skin. Sometimes I add a salad cucumber with its skin. I add ginger garlic paste and black pepper; no salt as the paste has a lot of it. I also add curry, coriander or mint leaves as available. I forgot - I also squeeze in juice of a lemon. I take half an hour to sip this. Very filling and full of goodness. I have this on an empty stomach. This is my breakfast! As soon as I get up I have a ready made blend of giloy, neem and tulsi juice with a little water.
