A lot of fans were apparently confused on how to pronounce it so in an interview the creators were asked how to say it properly. The creators said that it isn't pronounced with the U, even though it's still spelled with it, and it isn't pronounced Domitrescu (without pronunciation of the U)

She probably has to be the first NPC in a game, out of all games in existence, that her expressions almost look human-like. Not just realistic, utterly *humane.* Clearly, the careful detail to her character came at the cost of the reast of the characters' development. The game's plot is still AMAZING though. Personally, I think it truly deserves a 9/10, it's almost perfect, both from a graphical and storyline aspect.
