The elevations start at 520± feet above sea level at the Downs Road and run to near the peak of Buck Hill, with southeast exposure and an elevation near 800± feet above sea level. The soils are Monarda Howland Thorndike and Thorndike Abram complex, both are stony soils but with some work you could enjoy some vegetable gardens.
The town of Sebec has a population of less than 700 people and is known for its low property taxes compared to most of Maine. The taxes currently are $607 per year. The service town of Milo is about 10 minutes to the east and has a grocery store, Dunkin Donuts, Walgreens, bakery, and pizza places. The County Seat of Dover Foxcroft is about 15 minutes to the west and has most services you will need plus a hospital. IMO this man is the best real estate agent in America. Knowing what you are talking about is hard to find now a days let alone someone willing to pull elevation , history, location and make custom content. Most agents just use auto generated websites and hire 1 drone / photographer, this guy is the real deal and should be teaching at an institute on real estate for the next gen agent. oh nice property as well

Lived in northern Maine for two years about 20 years ago. When I look at property up there now, hard to believe the prices. I always laugh at the amount of property that is sold without a well, septic or driveway, but they have a house started. At least this one has a septic system.

This would be great for the right buyer but it’s pretty expensive especially with modulars, tiny homes and cheaper building options becoming more common and widely allowed. It seems like it would be cheaper if you bought raw land. You have some awesome properties regardless

This is a nice property for the right buyer, but it is also kind of sad. Somebody's dream died here. They ran out of money, got sick, or something else bad happened to them. You wouldn't put all the money into it, get it to that half finished state and stop otherwise.

250k is a bit rich, atleast 150k. Itd be over 50k to run underground power 6/10 of a mile where I live.
