They really need to repave Homestead to make it great like this again. New asphalt at this track provides the best racing. Guys can run low, middle or top. Now it's just a worn out Darlington. That and I think the package Nascar had back in 2004 was specifically best on this type of race track.
Jeff would have 7 championships if the original Winston cup format prevailed. This year, 07 and 14 he was the guy to beat but lost on some bs due to playoff formatting
Jeff Gordon shoulda been the one to win the 2004 Nextel Cup Series Championship, so he could have five NASCAR Cup Series championships in total instead of Kurt Busch, if NASCAR didn't have the Chase since then
Don't forget, Gordon was also robbed the 2007 championship had it not been for the Chase format. Also, in 2014 he was robbed another. JG could easily have 7 championships which he rightfully deserved.
