When I left Islam in Summer 2022 I ignorantly watched everyone else’s videos on the channel, but not Jimmy’s because he’s gay. How foolish I was to downplay his experience as an Ex-Muslim solely based on his sexuality, his interview was so insightful and well articulated. Sincere apologies Jimmy, the remnants of Islamic dogma blinded me lol. 🤦🏽‍♂️❤️🙏🏽

I can't blame you. you were resentful, full of hatred. I've been there too. Good thing you didn't let radical thoughts take you away.

Thank you so much for sharing your journey, your story, your struggle and your experience of Islam with everyone. It might give me the courage some day to do the same but you have articulated it all so well, that admission may well go down as historical. How can any sane mind deny the criticisms of Islam that you have made and not put it under the lens for more examination. Thank you for helping people find their truth and navigate the murky waters of dealing with issues with the religion. There is hope for reforms but it will not happen overnight which is why action and activism is the way to go, so thank you for that too.

What a lovely, articulate man Jimmy is. Able to get to the heart of the immoral and unjust aspects of the religion. As long as there are victims and injustices, these voices have to be heard. Trivialities of supposed 'injustices' are spoken about and debated morwso than these very real and extreme injustices ever are. Probably because a certain untouchable religion is involved.

If gods were real, then they apparently 'created' humans along with their sexuality. In that case, why would they then turn against some of their 'creation?'

Jimmy Bangash is such an intelligent man. One thing I think he would enjoy, in part also due to his outgoing personality, is being a broadcaster and anchor. He would excel.

One thing I'd like to challenge is the idea of being "born religious".
All babies are atheists, and if they are indoctrinated with dangerous fairy tales as soon as they're able to understand language, their religious adherence is all but assured.
Full respect for your journey Jimmy. x

You have an amazing story, Jimmy.... I can't help but wonder if one of your brothers are not also struggling with his religion or sexuality. One of them might be trying to hide his own doubts about Islam or his sexuality by keeping the focus on you. Now that you have been expelled from the family structure, all doubts have been expelled along with you (or have they?).
