I don’t get why people hate on Lightning Mcqueen sure he was cocky but so is just about every race car in the movie. It’s not like he meant to ruin the road in radiator springs.
Strip Weathers wasn’t cocky, but I get the point. I don’t understand why people dislike Lightning as well. I mean, some of the best stories ever are about a-holes redeeming themselves, like Ratchet & Clank.

He wasn't just cocky though, he was a complete asshole who looked down on everyone else and thought himself superior. He accidentally destroys the road, but he does so while running from the cops. He had an entire week to drive from Nashville to Los Angeles. It's about a 30 hour drive. If he hadn't been a complete dick he probably could've done the road in a day, day and a half as he might have gotten some sympathy with the townsfolk and they might have helped out to repair it quicker. Instead he bitches and moans, continuously shits on the town, and tries to half-ass the repair to get out. He also attempts to escape community service issued by the law. He was definitely not a good guy and only became bearable near the end.
About WALL-E and EVE, EVE was very cold-hearted in the beginning, and fired her plasma cannon at anything she came across. Also, you didn't mention how WALL-E sacrificed himself, getting crushed by the Holo-Detector, even when he was already in critical condition from when AUTO tased his circuit board. They should have been ranked apart due to EVE's agression, and WALL-E's selflessness.
Bahr 2006 I am pretty sure most people would disagree on that fact. Fear can make you do things you never thought you would. It’s a miracle that EVE decided to hold back on shooting WALL-E. And the shoot first, ask questions later mentality is a viable programming when going to a different place. The robots are sentient, but also heavily programmed into their jobs where MO’s breaks his post to track WALL-E down and clean him.
I honestly thought Wall-E deserves the gold medal, because of his selflessness, he saved planet earth. And he almost died TWICE to do so. In addition, he is one of the most kind-hearted Disney Pixar characters ever made. This isn’t a hate comment, but Wall-E should be number 1

I’ve heard many critics complain about up only being good because of the first 15 minutes, and I’m like, that’s the point! The entire plot of the movie is that he had such great happiness and lost it all, and the plot is how he regains it back!
Who would win, two robots who literally saved humanity from devolving into mindless sacks of meat, or... an ant who saves some other ants from some grasshoppers.
I'm surprised Dipper Pines wouldn't see that. It was how they were inside, not just their accomplishments (even as big as saving your universe from a sadistic interdimensional triangular egomaniac). Sure Flik didn't save the entire planet but his character was pure. I would say the list is good no matter which of the two you put on top.
Flick is one of the most unfortunate Pixar characters. Being treated like a joke by most of the other ants, expected to fail even before being given a chance. Gets exiled and even gets beaten half way to death by Hopper in front of everyone. Though he has every right to be cynical, he pushes it aside in the end to save his clan not to prove his worth but because he genuinely cared. He's not afraid to stand up for what he believes in even if he dies for it. One of Pixar's most underrated heroes.

She was a robot designed to explore a dangerous world that had been abandoned for hundreds of years. Self-defense protocols are to be expected. If the movie was a different genre than that could have saved her life.
I think it's deserved. She's just as endearing as WALL-E even before she realises that she has feelings for him. The movie would be so much less than it is without her.

AniMat did a very fair review on A Bug’s Life, except if he explored more about Flik on why he’s as strong as other characters not just in A Bug’s Life, but in other Pixar movies, it probably would have been one of the best-of-the-best of AniMat’s Reviews episodes. Then again, as an EectricDragon505, I watched a lot of favourite videos from that guy.
I don’t hate ants. If anything, it was AniMat’s words, not mine. But yeah, as far as bugs go, ants, despite their small er-than-anything-else size (yes, smaller than mice), they are stronger than some people may think.
His short-sightedness negatively affecting those around him. It doesn’t matter that he doesn’t intend to harm others, he does. I wouldn’t trust him with any important task because I know looney bikinis would ensue and he’d end up messing things up.

No way the soldiers from Hunchback are good. They had no qualms whatsoever about persecuting gypsies, and they were the ones that started the assault against Quasimodo at the Feast of Fools. Even when Frollo started attacking Notre Dame, they didn't get behind Phoebus and rally against Frollo, instead the followed Frollo and fought Phoebus and the villagers. In my opinion, they're almost as evil as Frollo himself.
I haven't seen the second one, but in the first one, you barely see them after Frollo's death. It wouldn't surprise me if Phoebus kicked their arses and/or replaced them. Even without Frollo watching over them, they were still being arseholes to the people in Paris. In no way are they good.

In my opinion, Wall-E and Eve deserve the gold medal of most good because they brought the humans back to Earth and saved the people from getting hurt. They’re both are always my favorite couple to see, even though they’re not humans. I hope there will be a Wall-E 2 in the future!
In defense of Merida: Her parents were literally forcing her into a marriage she vocally and consistently objected to. That is abuse, and it is not selfish to demand the right to control your own body and life. Fine, turning her mom into a bear isn't great, but like... it was an accident. She was trying to change her mother's mind to let her have a say in her life. It's actually pretty crazy that that's all she wanted - she had every right to simply run and never look back but didn't. She continues to support and defend her family even when they won't do the same for her. So, y'know... maybe Merida should rank a bit higher than the cowboy who tried to "get rid" of the space ranger out of pure jealousy and spite.
Yes, but we need to take into consideration the world she lives in. The marriage Merida was forced into was done in order to keep peace between the clans. What Merida did in the movie could have very easily caused a war between the clans. So instead of doing her duties and responsibilities as a princess, she does the complete opposite just because she thinks "It's not fair"

None of them had a choice in this system, and that's utterly disgusting. Merida's defiance saved not only herself but all of the clans, as well as every generation to follow.
The most good Pixar hero is Luxo Jr. (for those of you who don’t know, Luxo Jr. is the lamp that hops on the I in the Pixar logo at the beginning of every Pixar movie since Toy Story)
I really disagree about the fact that woody is ranked lower than buzz and Jessy, Woody is always right and his actions are justified, Jessy was so careless in the 3rd movie to the point that she didn't believe what Woody said about Andy wanting to put them in the attic, which basically made her, Mr potato head and the others look like dumbasses later. Jessy is short tempered, and she doesn't always think about what's best for the group, UNLIKE Woody. I mean yea, there's always an argument about ranking Buzz higher, but I still think that Woody deserves that spot the most, he may have been selfish in the past when he wasn't being played with, but what do you expect from a toy that was constantly number 1, that separation moment between Andy and Woody when he had to go to the college was just the best scene that has happened through out the whole movies/franchise ... smh
I feel it is best for ourselves to look up to Flick’s heroics more than it is whether he gets the praise or not, it’s about us just learning to have the courage that he has. He is a warrior. Anyday I’ll praise the less muscular nerdy not as attractive always getting bullied hero who always tries to do what is right over the handsomest most muscular luckiest Prince Charming who wimps out on doing what’s right and bullies others for his own social leverage.

No way the soldiers from Hunchback are good. They had no qualms whatsoever about persecuting gypsies, and they were the ones that started the assault against Quasimodo at the Feast of Fools. Even when Frollo started attacking Notre Dame, they didn't get behind Phoebus and rally against Frollo, instead the followed Frollo and fought Phoebus and the villagers. In my opinion, they're almost as evil as Frollo himself.

In defense of Merida: Her parents were literally forcing her into a marriage she vocally and consistently objected to. That is abuse, and it is not selfish to demand the right to control your own body and life.
Fine, turning her mom into a bear isn't great, but like... it was an accident. She was trying to change her mother's mind to let her have a say in her life. It's actually pretty crazy that that's all she wanted - she had every right to simply run and never look back but didn't. She continues to support and defend her family even when they won't do the same for her.
So, y'know... maybe Merida should rank a bit higher than the cowboy who tried to "get rid" of the space ranger out of pure jealousy and spite.

Yes, but we need to take into consideration the world she lives in. The marriage Merida was forced into was done in order to keep peace between the clans. What Merida did in the movie could have very easily caused a war between the clans. So instead of doing her duties and responsibilities as a princess, she does the complete opposite just because she thinks "It's not fair"

None of them had a choice in this system, and that's utterly disgusting. Merida's defiance saved not only herself but all of the clans, as well as every generation to follow.

I really disagree about the fact that woody is ranked lower than buzz and Jessy, Woody is always right and his actions are justified, Jessy was so careless in the 3rd movie to the point that she didn't believe what Woody said about Andy wanting to put them in the attic, which basically made her, Mr potato head and the others look like dumbasses later. Jessy is short tempered, and she doesn't always think about what's best for the group, UNLIKE Woody.
