Welcome to the first (of hopefully many) How To In 10's! At the moment I feel we're time poor like never before, with so much incredible content being created by so many talented people. With that in mind and wanting to create content that's useful and hopefully of worth, I've created this new mini series in response to my most frequently asked Q's. The first is How To Make A TikTok Video (How To Make Your First TikTok Video) so I can give you a few tips and tricks on how to get the most out of the newest social media platform we're seeing everywhere! I hope you love watching something a little different here and I'd also LOVE to know if you have any ideas or questions I can answer for the next :)

I've been watching your vlogs and IGs for a very long time (yrs). You are my favorite influencer for lots of reasons.
So to the point: I couldn't get to sleep, got frustrated about it, got back up realizing I need to quit worrying. So here I am.
Secondly, I just started playing around with the TikTok app.
It is kind of amazing. Just by accident I saw a video where the person did these amazing looking transformations of real people.
Watched his stuff for a bit, then searched TH-cam for How To Edit TT ... And one of the first to pop was you.

Anyway, you're a great teacher. I gained some knowledge and understanding of TT and some of it's capabilities.
I think your vlog here is like 2 yrs ago, so the odds are it's just me writing in the ether. But if you do ever see this, you'll know you influence way more than fashion, beauty, lifestyle etc. Kinda cool, really...So long for now, Lizzy x

Oooo I love this idea of a series, and I really appreciate this tutorial. I admit, I was dissing tik tok as being only for kids. But since seeing your tik tok's on IG, woooow there's so more to it. So, thank you for showing the basics, because, as you said, the beginning is a tad scary :D and yes, a follow up would be much appreciated ;)

I am sure TikTok has so much success because people are so bored these days. When everything gets back to normal, TikTok will be used by teenagers again. I don’t particularly want to down load tik tok, but a do actually really enjoy watching snippets of tik tok on insta. The ones that you tubers share are usually pretty good so why not, it takes a second to tap past it if you don’t enjoy it 😘 stay safe Victoria. I think there are a lot of people who will be very excited to learn more about TikTok. Personally, I’m not one, but I doubt my interests are the same as your younger viewers! I can hardly keep up with my life, responsibilities and squeeze in my current TH-cam and Instagram content that really interests me. I’ll pass on joining the TikTok craze, but I still found learning something new very interesting!

Inthefrow Victoria, you could talk about peeling potatoes and I would still enjoy your videos. 😉 😁 I tune in to my favorites to support them, regardless if the subject matter directly applies to me or not. And when it doesn’t apply to me, I may learn something new and have an additional knowledge base I otherwise wouldn’t. So it’s a win/win either way! Anything decor, fashion, beauty, dance, food, puppies and daily-life vlogs usually will be of significant interest, the rest is an opportunity to either find a new interest, learn something new, or just support my favorite content creators! Regardless, it’s always my pleasure! 🥰

Yes, please do a follow-up. TikTok is awesome - I downloaded it 6+ months ago - some of the best content out there. Not sure why people make a point of saying they downloaded it when bored or as a joke. I downloaded it because it's the most popular app on the planet & I wanted to see why. And now I know why.
