    I plan on doing a similar trip in the next five years... I’m kind of an outdoors/bushcraft geek, so I plan on making all of my own bike luggage from leather.
    Hmmmm.... need to form an organization (MC?) for traveling around the world on bikes, so that we can travel in groups large enough that we are safer from small time thieves, etc. safety in numbers, singles look like targets.

    what about the back side of bag facing towards the wheel is that parts is water proof of the back because when you cover it with a green raingaurd due to hanging purpose some of the back part must be uncovered

    • @MotoSlug
      @MotoSlug  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The bag material is extremely thick not sure if i should call it waterproof or water resistant . I always pack my clothes in ziplock pouches inside the bag to avoid any scenario similar to what you described

    Also your harder seat, where was that made? A good update to info section would be awesome.

    • @MotoSlug
      @MotoSlug  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      sure, will do. I have actually made flat seats for multiple bikes at different stores. The trick is to increase thigh support and reduce curvature

      hey avinash, i used rubber along with foam since i wanted it to not sink while riding long hours. Youneed to ask the seat maker to flatten the curve of the seat,so that your thigh get support.

    Hey Buddy. All the best, have been following you for a long time on FB and been watching your videos. All the very best for you journey! Something very special is in the making.. One suggestion, why don't you invest a bit in a good mic. That will greatly enhance the overall video experience from a viewer perspective.

    • @MotoSlug
      @MotoSlug  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      thank you for the encouragement :) means a lot! Thought a lot about the mic setup already :( issue is I shoot everything on the gopro, and mic setup on gopro needs adapter etc. It's a tedious, clumsy and expensive setup and even after doing all this, it would be a directional mic not noise cancellation... But I agree must figure out the sound part soon
