This is so good because you have brought things down to it’s most basic elements so you are just focusing on the pure shape, angle, location, position and sequence of the limbs required to create a fluid motion (a LOT harder than it might seem until you attempt without guidance). It’s the small details like the position of the hips moving up and down or the torso leaning forward and back (in the jump tutorial) that all aid in making the animation appear more natural and smooth. It’s a great fun way to get into animation.
