Basic spelt bread (from cookbook)
pesto:
5 cups packed basil
5-6 cloves garlic
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
juice of 1-2 lemons (depending on size)
1 tsp salt
1.5 cups raw almonds
2-3 TBSP water (if needed to blend)
Place all ingredients in the food processor or blender and blend on high until creamy, add a little water if necessary to blend correctly. - บันเทิง
Isabel has come so far in life. I remember watching her story from the beginning where she was working tirelessly so she could live the life she desired. I’m so proud that she is living the life she has always wanted and the life she deserves!

This is actually her parents cabin, paid for by her parents. This is really just a young girl, whose parents are well off, staying at her parent’s cabin and monetizing videos that lead one to believe she is a self-sufficient person living off the land.

How out of place small minded is your QUALIFIER and claim to what this is about...and to how you TRY to demean such value to others.Your criticism and claims are not even worth consideration or response to and have been addressed already a long time ago.. about what is and isn't true and has already been seen for what it is...IF you like more the crap out there in movies and tv that makes BILLIONS on each show much of the time... we find this better and would gladly celebrate the awakening of people to want to see such as this be more abundantly compensated for and if was... would joyfully applaud that . What a kinder, more soul rendering experience that would be.......so why your jealousy or whatever motivates you to make that comment...that issue that does not match the meaning and value of what this IS about. In my considered opinion, it appears that Ms. Isabel is a complete fraud for purposes of monetizing a youtube channel. Success! With her numbers, she's doing well. She's got a good hustle going and and good for her. I'm not a hater, but IMO she's lying about her story, which is what I object to. I don't like being lied to. So don't be a clueless chump for her. My red-flags started rising when Ms. Paige suddenly decamped her hard work-site at the Washington site to travel to Scotland and got set-up in some sweeeeeet situation right from go! None of the timing worked to accomplish so much from so little. She apparently left the Wenatchee area in a plunging hurry. Had she been exposed there and thus found life intolerable living an apparently public lie? Plus, everything else that makes no sense now viewed in hind-sight:
- Working some (close-to) minimum-wage job in a food co-op in Wenatchee for income.
- Expensive photography equipment consisting of many many video cameras, drones, editing equipment, etc.
- The time for Isabel (or somebody) to spend a LOT of time editing the videos, which, let's face it, are beautiful and well crafted. But is this the work-product from somebody working a food co-op job and trying to grow her own food while working many many construction projects at her Washington site...or does she hire a full-time editor?
- New work spaces, sheds, etc. being constructed. Lumber and supplies for building is pricey? Where did funds come from? Not the income from a Wenatchee food co-op source. Her contractor father?
- Apparently Isabel lives for free on her parent's land, and constructed her life there for free. It's not the story it appears to be.
- Good quality power tools, battery powered and grid. That equipment isn't cheap. Her contractor father, again?
- Cats cats cats. Pets get expensive. They look good for cuteness and value projecting. Hmmm. And she's suddenly leaving them behind?
- Two air tickets to Scotland plus luggage fees. Hmmm
- Landing in a sweet (and sizable!) "cottage" to settle into for "several weeks".
- An expensive van in good-shape purchased in Scotland and completely converted....while having the time to explore much of the country. The timing, the money, the accomplishments so quickly!
- She's got mad skills with carpentry and power equipment for an airy-fairy nature girl. Most likely trained and assisted by her contractor-father?
- She apparently started with serious assets. This was no rags-to-riches, I-made-it! story. She started with considerable assets.
I was so taken in at first with her hard-work success story. I loved her narrative. Now everything appears to be a carefully curated and youtube-monetized illusion. It appears Isabelle is a fraud. Who's the real Isabel? I feel like a chump. Kinda pissed.
“Be intentional…We have the ability to be and do what we want.” I love that, and the kittens playing/learning/discovering the world, such a reminder to see the world with wonderment and fresh eyes.

Looked like it on the vid, but also the cat that doesn't want to fall from the tree has his claws literally pinned into the wood. When you stand on a wodden stool with your hands in the air and want to use force at the top - it's too easy to loose the balance. Especially that the animal will try to hold itself with all the power when you try to do this too rapidly.

Gentle souls are also some of the most vulnerable…I used to be gentle until I realize I was absolutely powerless in the real world. Had to harden up and my life has definitely changed for the better 😅 gotta know when to be stern and when to be gentle. The best men can balance both as I think Logan probably does.

Just a friendly tip to cut the scapes off the garlic a few weeks before harvesting, the energy will go to making your bulbs larger and the scapes themselves are delicious - and great for pesto ;)

Pro tip that my family has learned from the past few years of garlic harvesting just leave a few of the scapes on the plant. This helps the garlic heads become larger and you can make pesto from the scapes! Love the content!!

Another idea for those large zucchinis is to hollow it out split it in half and stuff it with Spanish rice and bake it. Yum
Yep, farm work is every day in the summer! The weeds will taper off in couple weeks though. Now is a great time to seed some carrots, beets, brussel sprouts, chard, & bush beans for a fall harvest!
