Thanks for the video! Awesome guide. High quality. On a side note, I noticed that you have the old Power steering fluid reservoir. IMO It should be a regular maintenance item since AMG Revised the part with a newer one. It has a better filter/ screen. It is very cheap and can be a good combo when replacing steering fluid.
    good luck .

Are the spark plugs indexed? Even at torque spec, sometimes they don't index correctly. Did you check this?

Thanks for the video. Great video & very good in details! My SL63 AMG R230 6.3L going to do my spark plugs too. My cylinder 5 says misfire and I might have had oil inside there but not sure. As soon as my spark plug comes in I will change it. I did change all the coils already. When I changed my coils I saw some oil in Cylinder 5 which I should have changed my spark plug at that time and cleaned out that cylinder 5. It has about 105k miles it now but spark plugs been changed at 85k already.
Did you every found out how you fixed Cylinder 7 which was stripped? What was the conclusion?

Thanks again for checking out my video. I’m glad it brought you some value. Yes, I figured out what was wrong with cylinder 7. It was a piece of the rubber seal for the spark plug holes. You can see how I got it out and what it was in this video th-cam.com/video/m7bC4QgDAUU/w-d-xo.html

One of my boots is stuck and its only coming off if I rip it from the coil pack. so I screwed it back in and now thinking what to do. fml

Oh no! Yeah, I had to work with mine a little. I just took my time and pulled a little at a time. But, sometimes a boot or two breaks. You should be able to find just the boot if one does end up breaking. Also, use the boot grease when installing them back on after spark plugs are replaced. 👍🏽 good luck!
