Learnt this biryani from Ammi jaan and yours recipe is a little different version but I really appreciate your efforts. Simply mouth watering !!! We use saffron for the colour and aroma... as mom taught me. Your scientific explanation gave me a sigh of relief that there is someone else also existing who have the same knack in chemistry as of me 😄😁😃. Yesterday forwarded one of your recipe to a friend that "See! I am not the only one on this planet earth who amalgamate Science in eberything." 😁😃😄

hahaha Array naveed bhai yeh takabur nahi hai. Hum tow bus zara sa mazaak ker rahay hain. Pakistan mein ek myth hai ke biryani jo hai woh punjab mein logo ko banani nahi ati. Aur yeh baat punjab ke logo ko buhat buri lag jati hai. Hum ussi kamzoori per mazaak ker rahay thay. Im from Karachi aur honestly yahan ki biryani shayad puray pakistan mein milne wali biryani se kafi muktalif hoti hai. aur Karachites ko kaheen aur ke biryani pasand nahi ati. Im not one of those people. For example hyderabad (pakistan) mein bhi kafi achi biryani milti hai.

Sir nice recipe lekin agar is main kabab cheni sabut dalen powder ka test karwa hota he aur gosht ke oper jo chawal dale hain wo 25% pake hon warna ghost ke pani ki waja se halwa ban jate hain baqi chawal 50% pake hon khas tor per Baspati chawal ye mera zati tajarba he baqi aap ki maharat aur skill ka to main rose e awal se moatraf hon thanks omeed he aap Kalu ki Nahari zaroor sikhaen ge khush raho bro.
chawal ka khud he edkhna parta hai. yeh kaam experience ka hai. kyon ke yeh sab 1 kilo ghosht tha tow zara zaida pakay huwe chawal bhi chal gaye, lekin agar yehi recipe zaida mikdaar mein banani ho tow phir chawal kam pakay huwe he istemaal ekrna behtar hai. honestly agar chawal ap se nahi samjhtay tow sela chawal istemaal kerain. pani se zara sa kewra water aur vinegar shamil ker chawal ubale, koi sela chawal ki bo nahi ayegi aur biryani ka chawal tootay ga nahi. karachi mein zaidatar biryani sela chawal se he banti hai
