I am a big Jason M. Lemkin fan. I thoroughly enjoy 93.7% of what he has to say. That other 6.3% is usually about Customer Success.
On a recent SaaStr podcast, he was asked about mental health and wellness, and he answered by commenting on how most CSMs are lazy as "frac" and went off on some behaviors he has experienced.
