This unofficial Jaguar Gator 8 historian will remind everyone you made a video about an AP voter who forgot to include Florida State on his ballot in 1988, causing the ‘Noles to drop two spots in the overall poll.
As a Hurricanes fan I can say this is fake news. Florida state missed a field goal 'wide right' that year to lose the game. Missed the playoffs and everything
It makes me so happy to know that now after November 1st, the AP might as well stop putting out a poll. Because their poll is as relevant as my weekly Top 25

Personally I don’t think UNC deserves a ranking. They lost to Notre dame, had close games against Georgia state, app state, and florida A&M. Their strength of schedule does not compare to the other division of the ACC at all, as well.
Not ranking North Carolina wasn't _that_ indefensible. But at only 7-1 and still having yet to play either of their cross-division games in a year where all of the other good teams in the ACC are in the opposite division from UNC, their schedule was weak enough that it's not a massive omission.
I do agree that the AP polls don't make a lot of sense at the time. Most of the time, in the early 2010s, the 4 big colleges would be in the top 4, that being Alabama, Clemson, Northern Dame, and ohio state or LSU. Whenever they lose, they get knocked down by like 1.

Might just be me but Theres a good 6 minutes In this video where it's either slightlyvrewording what was just said, talking way too slow or taking way too long to get to a punchline.
I kept fast forwarding
"Why did you lower Oklahoma on the poll, they won?"
"They WHAT?"
Didn't know this dude made videos
Is this Mikerphone?
0:35 tcu doesn't get big wins though
What? TCU beat 4 ranked teams in a row, 5 ranked teams total. They had beaten Colorado by 25, (Tarleton by 42) and Oklahoma by 31 points. Beating ranked teams, especially higher ranked teams, seems like big wins.
Also, is this Presh Tawwalker?
Mind Your Dumb Decisions (TM)?
However with the Brett Romar scandal on the horizon, this wasn't going to mean anything anyway!
Rhett*
While not all the way down to 24 ou deserved to drop and if the team wasn't as big ou they would have
501! 👍🏾
stretching it out too much
jesse newell with basketball 2021-22 sucked
Interesting story delivered in a pretty annoying way to be honest
10:50 😎
This reminds me of when everyone was pushing for 2014 TCU to pass Ohio State when Baylor beat TCU and had the same record as them. If you don't think Ohio State deserved to be in the playoff fine, but if it's not Baylor that should have replaced them you have no argument.
TCU getting dropped from playoff was worse than this dumb situation

My god. Drag the video out more next time. This didn’t need to be anywhere close to 15 minutes lmao
Rankings are a joke take Tennessee for example no.5 team in the country? Yeah 63 points to south Carolina lol
