  • In this step-by-step tutorial I show you how to take your iMovie video-creation skills up a notch by incorporating slick animations made with Apple Keynote.
iMovie is a pretty capable, cost-effective video editing application that covers the basics pretty well. But iMovie is limited when it comes to graphics. Luckily, there's a powerful video graphics and animation tool pre-installed on your Mac: Apple Keynote.

MIKE, I can't tell you how awesome it was that I found this channel. I just started making youtube videos with no experience at all. Luckily I have Mac computers and the software you are teaching. I used the info in this tutorial to make my very own custom "like, subscribe, comment" button for the end of my videos. It is much better than relying on the same ol same ol ones grifted from the internet. The new button will be put in place as soon as my new movies (I tend to have 3-4 weeks of videos in queue so I don't have to worry about running out of time to make more).
I am VERY sure I will also be making more custom buttons and other production enhancing changes using the info on your videos.
Thanks for showing this very useful bit of info. I have looked through and liked a few of your other vids for future reference. You are a gifted teacher. Keep it up!!!!

I like your calm and deep voice. It adds to the teaching of your videos. I also like that you make the effort to use appropriate vocabulary. And finally I like that you explain the "whys" of your choices. I've learned from you today. Things that I will use to improve my workflow and overall quality of my videos. So thank you Sir.

A lot of tutorials are mission impossible to follow because you cannot understand what is being said.
