They're not designed to be tactical geniuses. They're designed to follow the player around and to provide minimal fire support as to not steal the player's kills to keep the game fun for the player. Of course they're useless in this scenario.

If you play on easy you can manage to survive forever because swords just keep rolling in so you never run out of ammo and if you picked up the bubble shield it will also heal you I managed to survive for an hour until it got really boring

I saw a Spartan AI stuck on a rock left behind so I free him and he shoots off with his jetpack. He lands under the mammoth and DIES.

By looking at spartans AI i made ranking from tye best AI to the worst: 1. Cat (she NEVER realoded in this video. She was shooting 3/4 bullets and stops for some time. She was at least killing stuff....) 2. Six (maybe he had less kills but still he was shooting at the targets) 3. Emile (maybe he wanted to kill from shootgun from like 30 meters away but at least he knew where to hide to regenerate shields and had 3rd and 1st place in the video) 4. Jorge (he was shooting at the ground and killed it more times than german bombs in ww2 but sometimes he was shooting at the target) 5. Carter (leader dying pretty much instantly?.....WTF) 6. Jun (i think we all know why.....) Honorable mentions: *Elite double kill* *Covenant phantom* *RIP Ground :(*

Nice! I have a question regarding the code for this level, as it seems you have a pretty good understanding of it. I have seen a lot of people saying that it is possible to trigger the ending cutscene by having four players on easy difficulty and clearing out every enemy that is scripted to spawn in the mission. Can you tell if this is true or not? Thanks
Yes. Did it on easy w/ friend and we made it. It was clear that we made it too, as none of us had died and we both had full health when the cutscene started. Sry for no proof, hope that helped.

Would it be possible to swap all of the UNSC bipeds for covenant bipeds? Like swap out all of noble team for zealots, and swap zealots to basic Spartan models. It'd be fun to just see key cutscenes and major points within the game act out from a different view.

Noble team is left behind no where to go and then everyone dies one by one until noble six is the last one finally you get to hear noble six speak. First of All 343 was created in 2007 in july before Halo 3 that fall. Secondly the original creators of Halo 1-3 are in 343, Bungie is now made up of the plethora of new employees brought in to make Halo Reach and ODST. Thirdly those new employees are now with activision making Destiny, the real creators of Halo are the people who made Halo 4 and are making Halo 5. What Bungie should have done is made the ai useless on Easy and Normal difficulty so they don't steal your kills and made them trigger happy, killing machines on Heroic and Legndary difficulty that would actually help

He talks about how the heroes when they sacrifice themselves they probably regret their decision to sacrifices themselves before they die and says he’s feeling it and he doesn’t want to die... noble 6 fights until his last breath and sees a covenant airship about to flash the planet. He drops his gun and throws his helmet off his head. Noble 6 watches as the burning white hits him... he covers his eyes and the screen turns white. Then dr hausly talks about how noble 6 being a hero

Human AI is balls, fix it 343
First of All 343 was created in 2007 in july before Halo 3 that fall.
Secondly the original creators of Halo 1-3 are in 343, Bungie is now made up of the plethora of new employees brought in to make Halo Reach and ODST.
Thirdly those new employees are now with activision making Destiny, the real creators of Halo are the people who made Halo 4 and are making Halo 5.
Lastly when I said "fix it 343" I meant 343i needs to fix the incompetent human AI created in 2001, I swear the same dumb AI was used for all their humans in Halo.

No, 343 existed prior to Halo Reach. They were originally much smaller and were created to manage the Halo community iirc.
What Bungie should have done is made the ai useless on Easy and Normal difficulty so they don't steal your kills and made them trigger happy, killing machines on Heroic and Legndary difficulty that would actually help
