    Hello Paul,
Good video, I like the handlebar bag... I may go with one for my winter bike...
    Take care.

Love those tyres. I’m currently using Pirelli Cinturato Velo (also with tan walls).

It’s all about the tanned walls! They seem to just make the bike pop!

Very interesting, both tyres etc. and the bag. Handy if you can get them off quickly if they contain any valuables when stopped to shop.
Don't you find you get numb hands with 100 psi in the tyres? 70 psi is about max for me. :)

Hi, thanks for watching and your comments. Regarding numb hands - no, the combination of tyre, latex inner tube and steel frame means the bike has a very supple feel to it. I tend to find I only get numb hands if my position isn’t right 🤔

Did you have your bike painted by Argos Racing Cycles? I’ve had both of mine (x1 steel, x1 alu) painted by them and I’m really pleased with the quality.

It was made by Argos, it is an Argos, and this is the original paint. We have had quite a few other frames done with them though ✅ worth every penny

Everyone says that using latex inner tubes with rim brakes are not recommended for mountain rides, because the brakes heat the rim and the latex could be damage by downhill ride. What is your opinion on this subject?

I’ve used this set up in Scotland on big climbs and big descents and never had an issue - I’m not a heavy braker though so that might make a difference. Thanks for watching and commenting 👍
