Few years ago I was obsessed with waking up early and having an amazing morning and evening routine. Somewhere in burn out that got lost because I was busy with sleeping. But I want to get back into that routine now that I sleep less, because I went from morning person to always sleeping person to now midnight person, I want to be a morning person again because that was do much nicer

I work Monday to Friday and during the week I tend to wake up at 8:30-8:45. I start at 9 (WFH). At the weekends I tend to sleep in until my body tells me it's time to wake up, which is what I thought was organic but now I'm realising a better way would be getting my body into a rhythm and then waking organically as long as it's before my alarm. Thanks for the video.

Omg, you guys you have to try every tip from this video, i started waking up at 5 am, just do it it’s amazing, and place your face in a bucket of water from her other video it also helps. And I used to wake up at 8:00 for school now at 5:00 so a big change. Just do it it’s a game changer.❤❤❤❤
Personally, I keep my phone in my room but I put Do Not Disturb on, so that the only notifications I receive are ones from my mum/dad just in case they need to message me, which a lot of the time they don't. I have anxiety so having my phone in my room reassures me. Having the ability to not look at your phone until 3am takes a lot of self control but with practise you'll get there!

I know how to fix this and I will tell you.
Every day, go to bed a bit earlier than the day before. E.g. One day you go to bed at 4:00am, the next day you go to bed at 3:45am or 3:30am. Now, since you are now going to bed a bit earlier you need to wake up earlier as well. E.g. One day you wake up at 3:00pm, the next day you wake up at 2:30pm. So, if you gradually go to bed earlier every night and at the same time gradually wake up a bit earlier you can eventually go to bed and wake up at the ideal times. Using this method is good because it is not to much of a shock to your body clock like suddenly waking up early is. Once you have got to your ideal sleep schedule then you need to keep it the same for every day. Even at the weekend. You must get up at the same time every single day (unless you have to get up for some event). Doing this will train your body clock into eventually adjusting. If it does that then you will be able to wake up naturally at the ideal time for you.
