    Thanks to watching these videos, my son (and now all his friends up at college) refer to plates, etc as "crockery". Thank you Nick for teaching us some proper English!

      Haha, I’m a recent convert to “crockery” as well. It’s good for a chuckle when I find myself using it!

    I'm honestly not the first one to say this I am absolutely amazed at how much space there is on this small boat. And like you said Nick, that's all things to the catamaran design. Love this boat. Not often every cabin gets its own full bathroom on a 45 ft boat.

    I'm a catamaran fan now, you've converted me with all your great tours Nick. Think this is my fave though. Love the owners suite and also the separate shower compartments in each cabin, makes such a difference. Incredible space for a 44 footer!

    I love the excitement for seeing that container ship. I used to work in IT for a container shipping company and hitched a ride from Tacoma,WA to Anchorage,AK. Big respect for what they do and not once did someone bitch about me being beyond excited and asking a zillion quest

    Hi Nick, And what a nice start of this week A Aquilla 44 Catamaran a rare find in Europe I like the double hull conept makes the yacht extra wide great even that there is a master in the middle and in each hull a guest bedroom with there own head a big galley and a funny fly bridge what you can enter on 2 ways Thanks again Nick a great show ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Very Nice! I especially like that all 3 heads have seperate showers (not wet rooms). I would prefer that the dining table could convert to a coffee table, this would make a more enjoyable sitting area to sit back and have a drink when watcing tv. I could do without the additional guest bed area.

    • @darrenbell4262
      @darrenbell4262 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@philjohnwilliams Truthfully, it's not for everyone. If you expect a cruise ship type experience, it's nothing like that. Different boats and different crews mean no 2 experiences are the same. I went from South Korea to California (11 nights) on a 300m+ ship, with a gym and pool onboard, plus other great recreation facilities for the crew, and cracking food. But most of the time, you need to entertain yourself (lots of books/DVDs). I also went from Costa Rica to Spain, on a 180m ship, which was a lot more "raw", and beyond lots of vodka with an eastern european crew (and the worst hangover of my life), there was not so much to do. I would definitely do it again!

    • @philjohnwilliams
      @philjohnwilliams ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @darrenbell4262 I would do it specifically to avoid the cruise ship experience.

  • @reflex8698
    @reflex8698 ปีที่แล้ว +11

    From the outside looking at the bow it’s almost a Tri-hull except the center section doesn’t look to touch water. I’d figure that’s what gives the exceptional room for the owners cabin. Great boat!

    I must admit that if I had that sort of money to spend, I would most certainly look at a Cat.
    I love the social area on this around the galley, just perfect to entertain whilst cooking up a feast.
    Not sure about the space around the engines though, it looks rather tight to work on them. Or is it an illusion of the camera angle?

    Another great video tour... I really appreciate these videos and all your efforts to make them happen! (As an aside comment, it appears this video and the previous two were captured with a non-wide angle lens?? -- I write this observation b/c a lot of what you're showing is not in frame and I don't ever recall that happening before... for example (only one of many possible) in the Sargo 33 video, front cabin, showing under seat storage drawer (6:51) over half of the drawer isn't in frame... watching your videos over the years I've always watched you "framing" perfectly exactly what you're talking about / showing... in fact I've marveled at your ability to do it so perfectly. I thought you might like to know something's changed?? No?? I am fairly certain my eye's are not going bonkers... but you never know.) 💛👍💯

It seems to me, that the catamarans are the "new black", but also a platform for which we will see many new innovations in interior design and layout, that may flow over to mono-hulls, as they have a different feel and somewhat more space to use for layout design. Hi Nick. Very nice, tons of space and storage for a 46ft. Great video thanks 😊

    Great layouts for the bedrooms. You wouldn't want much more for coastal cruising.
    Love the front steps. Could they have done away with the rear steps and created more space at the back. Maybe, a telescopic drop down set for internal emergency use?

    The solution for the tender looks not so nice. How should you fix it there? If you dock in the med, you need also a lot of space behind you.

    Hey Nick! Big fan here, great tour as usual! Seeing that ship go by I thought how cool it would be to see a cargo ship tour on your channel 😍 Probably very difficult to pull off, but I'll throw the idea out there!

    Great tour as usual Nick of a fantastically spacious boat. How easy would it be to find home and visitor mornings for a boat of this beam in the UK?

    Good layout there, wonder if you can do the Aquila 70 at some point? Would be good to see this on a larger scale and how they handle it.
    NVM. You have done one, i must of missed it!

    Love these boats, if you can,the Aquila 70 is an amazing boat, stunning in every way. If I was lucky enough to have one,the only crew I would want is an engineer/diesel mechanic mate.

      There's a full tour of the Aquila 70 already on the channel 🙂

    I don't think they could nail the cabins any better
