Hey, that's sweet. Built an SFC Replica myself back in the early 90's pre internet. Lotta parts hunting. Started with a '69S. Found a big valve head, and a '74 SF Frame with disc brakes all round. Rode it for years and finally broke the 'S' crankshaft. While the motor was being repaired, I put the engine from mt '70SF in it - pretty much the same as yours. Much more drivable. Not as fast (had a 5C cam in my big valve head), but easier. Good job. Oh, and it's LAverda, not laVERda. Lived in N Italy 25yrs, went thru the town of Laverda frquently.

Thanks for the story Todd. Appreciate it. Around here we say laVERda, I'd sound pretentious pronouncing it properly. I let my Italian friends do that.
