Great vid. We picked up a 747 and as you say great engine. So strong pulling up the hills but similarly noticed the cross winds which made it sketchy. No hanging about and over 1600 miles 31 mpg (impressive). Nightmare to get from Poggibonsi to the pick up point. Had to walk pulling cases. Sink way too low as l am over 6’3”. Shower is an interesting arrangement. Other than that not a bad van for the money, but you can see where costs have been shaved off. The bun fight getting through the freight terminal was fun but not for the feint hearted. Long trek back up to Edinburgh when you live in Derbyshire. But for anyone reading this overall we can recommend the relocation package. But factor in flights, parking, hotel accommodation (if needed), transfer fees, petrol and tolls.
Another fantastic film and stunning countryside and good campsites. We are just across the water in Corfu at Sidari having a break not with Motorhome though. Joe and Ellie

@@RoamingRadfords well air suspension will also level u up then just put the leveling feet down.(manual same as caravans)(use battery drill) With air suspension you have your travel hight that's standard. But then you can jack the back and lower the front to stop grounding. or use auto level when parked and it will change the height on all 6 wheels independent to get you level.
Yes but they won’t level our van out anywhere near as much as the legs on a big incline, especially front to rear because of the length of our van, that’s why I’m probably going for the legs over the bags

Hiya all the Radfords! 👋👋👋 Great vlog as always👍 Lyns well done for driving down the slope , ouch! We tow a caravan and always ground slightly off our drive, thankfully just the tow bar. The pool looked divine , your boys enjoying it to the max. Looking forward to Pompei, safe travels . 😎😎😎😎😎
It’s called a fly away! It’s from JML, I bought it in the Range after seeing the presentation on a TV. I think it’s great, but the batteries have already died and I don’t have AAs with me.
We had a spare lying around so I fitted it to our old motorhome and it came in handy to keep an eye on the outside so I fitted one to our new motorhome

i still cant get over the new kontikis graphics they look soo good and the new fiat cab looks nice aswell just a shame the new kontikis are soo expensive
All motorhomes have rocketed in price and then there'll be another 5/6% to go on for 2023. Having a look at Don Amott yesterday, the new Knaus Man cabbed vans look awesome, but priced accordingly, but the shock price were the 22 plate swb VWs with pop top, 71k.

I’m thinking all the boys are going to have bruised knees after launching themselves into the pool 💦 but what a fantastic looking pool it was. I think I would spend all day in it 👍🏻💕

That would be great Alistair, I guess if we fitted airbags we could do that but they’re not a cheap fit
Why don't you invest in rear airbags saving you grinding the tarmac that's what we use works a treat same van
