Hello 👋. The skis are one size fits most. There are some walkers that have a different diameter tube, which sounds like is your case. You can either measure the tube to make sure the size is correct, or you can use al alternative to the skis which would be the tennis balls. This would be a truly universal solution. Hello William. Yes, taking the old tips off can be difficult. If they still have the bottom to them, I would suggest removing the leg of the walker and using a skinny long object to stick into the tube to push the old tips off. Alternatively, you can grab a rag to place over the tip for better grip and use a small twist and wiggle motion to try and slip it off. If that doesn't work you may have to resort to pliers or a razor blade if you feel safe using those tools. I hope this helps!
