    I'm new to the Tampa area from New York and i started my own general contracting business. Things have been great residential wise but I did mostly commercial in New York. How would I go about bidding on something like this or become a sub? I do everything but specialize in plumbing fully equipped for full rough ins PEX, copper,pvc etc

      @@Joshua.Pardue I don't think that the native residents understand or appreciate the lure of what makes Ybor what it is. It seems as if these projects are going the same route as the old Central Park district. It's getting erased. These new ideas are intentionally pricing out lower and moderate income individuals. Same thing that happened with the inverted pyramid at the Pier in St. Pete. There was nothing wrong with it and it was a natural oddity that visitors enjoyed visiting. Now no one can really afford to visit whatever it's become now.
