Do you sell the real estate to your client or rent out to client. Or does it vary on what you are doing for that specific project?

They're are no pros in pursuing people out of their neighborhoods... inked you're a greedy capitalist. This is how Brooklyn was whitewashed (literally) and now looks like any other party of NYC 🙄 Gentrification literally causes PTSD... but what do the descendants of Pilgrims care 🤷🏽‍♀️

For it to go down the goverment has to step in and i think the people will force the goverment to step in when a certain percentage of people can't afford to purchase houses.

If the govt keeps allowing unnatural interference from Wall st. then yes prices will keep going up faster than normal. Just look at the prices before the Huge Wall St. investors got involved in the SF Homes. It was always going up but it never became unaffordable to the average family. Get rid of this interference and it should return back to it's normal levels.

There are lots of career paths you can explore, like data analysis, civil engineering, capital markets, or working at a real estate investment firm. A good start would be to check out job listings online to see what skills and qualifications are needed in these fields. Keep watching our content too! We're focused on helping people learn how to invest in single-family homes and use that to eventually buy commercial real estate.

I’m looking into this field. I’d want to do schooling as I’m starting from nothing with a 10 month old. Is there any specific degree and/or job ladder I can pursue that could lead me here? 24 from CA wanting to build generational wealth and also work with my community as well once I’m versed enough to teach others. Any info helps! Thanks so much for the insight in this video

1 There are several avenues more preferably data analysis,Civil engineer, Capital markets, Real estate investment firm. I would look at job hiring post online to get an idea of the requirements to work within the industry then I would continue watch our content as we are looking to help educate people to become single family investors that can leverage there pro pity to buy commercial real estate.

Tampa best place to live? BS Tampa has had the highest inflation rate of all cities in the US for past 3 years. Life is hard for locals. The development has only lined the pockets of outside investors. Hoping for a real estate crash so locals can afford housing again.

I agree with the previous comments from Chad Lopez. How can Tampa be rated so high with a trouble public transportation system. Do these people not drive the main arteries of this city. I live just North of Linebaugh Ave and Sheldon Road. It take me an hour or more to get to West Shore Blvd and Kennedy every morning to get to work. When I was in the Navy I had the opportunity to visit other communities like Hong Kong and Singapore. These cities are also hot and humid, but, have been able to develop successful mass transportation systems. In Singapore, the MTA is air conditioned and lined with shops and restaurants that can take you to the airport or downtown. Hong Kong is the same way.
