SHAMEFULL! What about all of us living in 1 bdrm apts we can't afford, because of all new residents?
So others should not be successful? Socialism much? Wait. California has already tried that and they have, and have had, the worst housing crisis in the country for decades. I'm not sure what some of you people want done. People used to just move further out away from the city once they were priced out. Not blame everyone else like they do today. I have many middle class friends here in Polk county who commute to work to Tampa and Orlando.
A place to live for the Rich, meanwhile theres homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk across the street.
The irony is a feature not a bug.
You mean the people who refuse help and choose a life of drugs instead? Are you implying that the world should stop turning because of this? What a productive idea ...
Just stunning ❤ That's the place to live ❤ Love it❤
I’m glad Tampa finally is getting a skyline expansion! Expensive but still cool.
oh gosh, Tampa is starting to develop the big skyscrapers. this is one of the NY things we were trying to avoid.
@@Renzo112345678 it makes the city leaders look good !!! Hahaha
They already sold half the condos so their already over 100 mil 😮
Will be another 15 minute city
Horrible. This will price most people out of the market. They would have been better served by redevelopment in poorer areas. I hate what Tampa is becoming.
Out with the old and in with the new !!!
Spoken like a true California socialist. How has that Peter Pan way of thinking worked out for them?
Must be nice 😏 and here I am crying about $2300 rent each month 😩
Looks nice i want try the F1 simulator
1:36 😮 says the same thing all the time
I ask myself what do these people do to afford a place like that but people out here struggling to make ends meet
I'm middle class and I'm so tired of the whining from you people. Maybe they're smarter and/or really good at what they do? Why would you envy or resent someone because they're successful?
@@321gates you people? where did you get envy from my comment. its a general statement. Didn't know i can hurt someones feelings through here lol
@@mallorypineda9293 My appologies if I misinterpreted your post. There's just a lot of people these days with their hand out, always whining about how life's not fair. As if most of these wealthy people got their money from the tooth fairy.
A New version of NY good job mayor!
Anyone smart got out of the city a long time ago!
The neighbors just sold their home for 340k. They paid 89k for it in 2008. They are retiring and buying a ranch in Montana. The people who played the long game are winning right now.
@kkcjackson we made more than that in a shorter period of time with Bitcoin, but to each their own. Our home out in a rural area on a private lake is up $150K from less than 3 years ago.
@kkcjackson we made more than that in a shorter period of time with Bitcoin, but that's cool to each their own. Own home out here in a rural area on a lake is up over $150K in less than 3 years.
@@kkcjackson that's cool! We made more than that in a shorter period of time with Bitcoin, but to each their own. Our home out here in a rural area on a lake is up over $150K in less than 3 years. Home prices are really going up.
@@kkcjackson A ranch in Montana for 340k. LOL, ok, chief.
Unbelievable! They are boosting about $1,000,000 dollar highrise condos! What about all of us who can't afford the price of our apartments now because of all the people who have moved here, and inflation, what about us?? I'm paying a $500 increase in my apt since 2020.
You act as if all, or even most of the people who have moved here lately are wealthy. Far from it. You people need a basic economics class badly.
So lit
Million dollars isn’t bad 🤔
😃😃
Whatever
For one million dollars i better get a valet, call girl of my choice with a different one every week, a maid, & a chef + a maintance person on call. This is a stupid investment btn HOA, the weather, florida sinking, and insurance policy you're screwed
Keep shoving out the normal people build a homeless shelter next door and a food bank rich get richer and the poorer get poorer go Tampa
California needs you.
Must be nice i can imagine the hoa fees and the insurance cost to live there maybe they can put a section 8 on the ground floor for some of the needy people hell i might even move in there lol
lucky people can have that type of money
"but money doesn't buy happines" said poor people
Fortunate, but usually not lucky. Most have worked hard and managed their money well.
It's cool to have a mayor old enough to have been there for the celebrations when Florida achieved statehood.
Yeah, Mayor Castor is so straight ;)
Florida is sinking
Yes we’ve been told that for decades
Well that won’t be a problem for a high rise ;)
We were told in grade school in the 70's that we would have no beaches left in 20 years, too ...
LMAO !!!! Build another skyscraper, but fail to take into consideration, ALL THE SINK HOLES AROUND THAT AREA !!!!
The high insurance, HOA, maintance fees being increased after a disaster, inflation for that money u can build you're own house no neighbours & a place that isn't prone to natural disasters
