Did you check things like the walls were square ? any issues with Squeaky floors As NHBC changed the guidelines for being installed as they now have to be glued and screwed . The other thing that is very common in a new build is if you have laminate worktop the over hang is not straight as they fit the worktop to the wall and if the wall is out then the worktop is not square. Go underneath the over hang at the front of the worktop and measure one end and then measure the other and see if any difference in the 2 measurements.
