In the case of a bank account, is the nominee the legal owner ? Also, In the case of bank and demat account is it better to make one’s intended successive owner ( for example a child ) a joint holder to one’s account or just a nominee …. to ensure that one’s child has a hassle free claim to the account post one’s death
