- When Steve Katsadouros immigrated to the U.S. from Greece as a young child, he probably had no idea he would be a merchant of Americana. Steve and his wife Dora bought Hot Dog World in Hendersonville, NC from her father in 1987 and for over 30 years they have been dressing up dogs to each customer’s delight.

I'm an Irish boy born in an all black neighborhood of Southwest building my first job was working for a great pizza place that's where I learned Greek and I can tell you if you ever go to a restaurant or diner that's ran by Greeks the food will be the highest quality because those people are obsessed with quality over quantity and quickness!
Not sure what your point was about being wyte and born in an all black neighbourhood?? Do you need a medal for surviving around black folks?? Also, I been around Greeks, they are very tight fisted and prefer profit over anything else. If you want quality it’s the gonna come from the Swiss/Germans/Austrian, Japanese, Italians, French, Norwegian/Swedish/Danish that actually care about quality and that’s pretty much it. Greeks are not known for high quality amongst Central Europeans.
You come here and you get the best of both worlds American and Greek food....The food is just AMAZING and that's an understatement...
Bbq plate 6.99 that sounds delicious...and a couple of those hot dogs with chili

I traveled all the way from Greece not only for the hot dog but the burgers too😛This place is actually heaven!!Shout out to Mr Thanasi working there...He is the GOAT!!
NYC red onion sauce is rally good on a hot dog any where..

Steve has Genuine kind demeanor I found his talking about the business and the members that work there very pleasing.
He appears to be the consummate professional and gentleman.
And, the dogs look amazing.
I was at a greek restaurant. Some mofo said make it a Good salad. Dude slapped the fool with the salad tongs ..
He said. THIS IS A GOOD SALAD. 👍 👏 😢😅

Wow their service 6 to .7,000 hot dogs a week. They're taking home probably what 10 to $20,000 a week. I got to get into this business. 🤔
The 1st thing I do when I go to a family owned place like this or a diner is ask if they have a greek salad by hollering in the door here in the south, if they do I eat there, big portions, good prices, great food everytime, is the truth, God Bless them & their business
I live near there and have been there. Good American food at a good price. Very popular!

we were there almost 2 weeks ago and we came from ohio after r vacation in SC 2 try the food it was all great

Relax people this is the lowest quality Fast-food using cheap AF ingredients....put something nutritious in u
