Getting over a toxic person is way more difficult, because you are trauma bonded to them. I am not saying it's easy to get over a nice person, but toxic people are often addictive.
ONly if you resonate with them.
That's true especially if he is a narcist a narcis break up is far worse it may takes years and some people never recover that when it best to go no contact. It good going no contact to a person that's bad for you.
It's the trauma that you haven't gotten over remember that. The person that you thought you were in love with is not real, they camouflaged themselves to fit what you were looking for in a broken state. After they got comfortable they shed their top layer and you begin to see who they truly are. Consider therapy darling. Don't be afraid or ashamed because you're not alone. I go no contact to get them out my system. I don’t want them back once they out my system I lose interest.
My current bf contacted his ex after over a year of no contact and is in love with her after 4 years, since she left the country they lived in together. Previously she asked him for mariage and he refused. So girls, no contact can do wonders if the relationship was somehow good. But the guy needs to persue and come after you and move things forward. You just answear but don't initiates, wait for him. I saw their conversation, she was receptive, very kind in her responses, but didn't persue him with any questions or new information.

Edit :Ms Greta, I loved your insight on how going no contact is feminine because you are not pursuing, and it's quite classy when it is genuinely done to let things take its natural course. However, wouldn't you agree that if going no contact is done to make a man want to chase you then this is a form of control/manipulation?
I've learned so much from your content in the past year and have understood that when we are trying to make something happen that we are leaning more towards the masculine energy v.s. going with the flow or enjoying the ride which is feminine energy.
If this is the manner that he returns then 'she' is presenting a false femininity and she will have to constantly do things to feel in control of the relationship. That will be draining to a woman who is not primarily masculine.

No contact is not use to make a man chase you. As Greta says it's used to get over a toxic relationship or to respect yourself and the man's decision after a break up. What I learned so far, is to only use no contact for break ups.
@@eierinjhoi I agree to your response. In regards to the video, the lady in the example seemed to be most concerned about getting engaged. Going no contact can be both a feminine and a masculine response, and it truly does depend on the intent, so we still have to make sure our heart is in the right place. What do you think?
@@BBGshop7 that's the reason why Greta says the no contact doesn't work in that situation especially if the relationship is toxic to begin with. It's important to remember not to use no contact in a place of insecurity. So far it has worked for me, turned around a 50-50 relationship to 80-20 and got married with him respecting me more. I used to be a doormat without knowing it. Of course it's not all because of the no contact. It was because of my HV journey. Greta introduced me to the concept. The thing is when people use no contact to 'make them chase you'. You end up playing games, which isn't the goal of an HV lady. It doesn't work that way

My ex gf of 3 yrs is seeing someone new now. I went no contact for 4 weeks then she txted me at 1 am ( she probably saw me still on line on WhatsApp early in the morning).
Her message was "GO TO SLEEP ". I txted back after a few hours " I CAN STAY UP LATE ANYTIME.
She seen my txt but didn't reply then BLOCK me. It's been 4 weeks now and hasn't txted.

you go no contact when you want to get them back and to get over them? Sooo.. what will happen to them? will they want us back or will they move on?
You can't control the other person or the future. If they miss you they may make some efforts. Either way no contact makes man crazy for a long time even after years and having next serious girlfriends they can still contact you.
My ex broke up with me. But, he still calls me and speak with me. Almost everyday or every second day. However, not asking me to see or to make up with me. I don't understand why he is calling me. Should I answer his calls?

Stop letting him do it to you. Refuse all the calls, ignore it forever
He broke up, but prevents you from moving to another. Boundaries not allowing him the privilege to stay in touch may considered.
He is doubting his decision , and also don't want uou to move on from him , this man has a low self-esteem , he'll let you go if he will find another woman better than you , have some self respect and don't ever respond.
How about if I was the one who broke up with him? Is it ok to reach out to him? He made excuses for 3 weeks to not meet and was texting me only once a week. Then he made a reservation at an expensive restaurant and texted to meet. I was so emotional in pain from him pulling out that I made that decision. There's was never any fights or disrespect when we broke up. I regret now and I want him back, because he was a good catch. Is it ok to text him? I feel that I'm going to look really low value, because I was the one who ended things. He is gonna think that I didn't find anything better (which is true)
Let time heal you, you want him back probably because you feel lonely, but weigh it out.. if you get back into the situation and he has not pursued you or made any efforts, you are risking the same things happening all over again, and this will drain you. Don't lose yourself in this. "There is plenty of fish in the sea"... and I promise you he is not the only "good catch" 😉
If he is really in to you, he will keep the contanct and make more efforts. Be yourself, make things that make you happy, new contacts, new friends, go on dates with other man, find new hobbies what ever you want. This brings your value up and you will feel better. Be a Queen 👑
