I love the „what’s in my travel makeup/skincare bag” videos, it’s so interesting to see what other people take with them on vacation. I am quite the opposite in terms of wearing makeup on holidays though - I spend more time getting ready when I’m travelling, have more fun with my makeup (experimenting with looks that I normally can’t wear to work) and make sure it lasts all day because my itinerary is usually very intense 😅 I do a test run of everything that I packed as well to make sure I didn’t forget anything important or that the brushes that I’m taking are really the ones I need and wanna use throughout the entire trip 😊
I travel with the bare minimum makeup. In the past id travel with way too much and bring products id never use on the daily. For some reason, i used to think id want to spend time on makeup when on vacation. Im actually the opposite, i want to spend as little time as possible on makeup.
When i go on vacation I bring mostly cream products that i can apply with my hands and that can pull double duty like a highlighter I can use as an eye shadow or a blush i can use as a lip color.
I feel like I travel with the same products most times. I always bring my mini urban decay setting spray, supergoop spf primer, no foundation, rare concealer, my hourglass cheek palette, whichever mascara I have open, colourpop brow gel, and mini eco tools brush set. Then for eyes I might bring my auric pot shadow duo, kaja trio or kaleidos quad. Lips are the only surprise that I change out depending on the trip.
I also love travel makeup bag videos. So glad you added the skin care too! I am glad you have a friend who sent you a makeup product from Canada. I actually use Glowing Orchid Organics Natural deodorant from Canada, I order enough for about a year and a half. I have ordered 3 times it is the very best it is a small buisness that I enjoy. Hopefully your friend can try it and maybe you can too!
I love the color of the eyeshadow stick you have on today! I’ve been looking for a color like that for so long. I’m going to have to see if I can pick it up.
when we went for my birthday weekend, i brought a sponge that was on its last leg and i just tossed it while i was there. I only apply my base products with a sponge 😅
I like to bring a face palette when I travel so it's more convenient when I want to wear blush, bronzer, or highlighter. I don't travel much maybe once or twice a year. I usually bring a eyeshadow palette that has a big mirror so I don't have to bring one...Have a fun trip. 😊
My favorite thing to bring is my lunar beauty brush bag but I stick my makeup in it-can only fit small eyeshadow palette but it’s awesome. Also I tend to buy mini version instead of full size if available since I don’t wear makeup as much as I used to. love the marcelle golden glow cream for slight bronzer effect-think they have it on Amazon now.
With you being a cat Mom (I am too lol), not sure if you know but Angie calls her concealer brush the “kitten paw” since it’s shaped like one 😊. Packing for a cruise next week so this video came at a perfect time because I always pack too much makeup! Ty.
Oh I went to my parents for Easter I packed Sigma New Mod, a pinky blush, a couple of extra eye brushes, a blush brush, Tarte Marcuja lippy in Rose, UD primer potion, a i
I do something similar with toiletries. For a few days, I like to pack anything I would usually use into my toiletry bag. I feel like this helps me remember my hair care and moisturizers, etc. I have not yet learned to not pack too much makeup. I was going to go more minimal last time I traveled but I was like, well... I enjoy doing my eye makeup when I am working from home just for me, so I might take the time when I'm off. So far as I can tell, it's best for me to just pack in my smoke lusts from Auric and some mascara and call it good.
Have you tried the cocokind ceramide serum? I feel like everyone raves about it but I've just not been too impressed by it. But that moisturizer looks intriguing! Maybe once I've gone through my extras I can pick it up haha. That beauty of Joseun sunscreen is sooo good! Its a little too moisturizing for me in the spring/summer and I'm curious to try some other variations of the base formula that some other brands have. The most basic lip products just work the best for me as well. Aquaphor forever for me! 🤣
The Sigma powder blushes are so long wearing on me. Agree facial oil is the best after tret. If l forget l find my skin gets flakey also coming into cooler weather in Aus.
The Marcelle bb cream is my go to for travel because it's lighter coverage and the packaging as well.. I tend to bring multi purpose products with me to take up less space

Perfect timing! I’m about to go on a work trip
I love Beauty Of Joseon. The green tea serum is good too.
I love your makeup today!!!

Your makeup is so pretty. Fresh, glowy, perfection.

I love this and how minimal it is. I do the same thing and pack as I use my skin care and makeup
That white peach shade is so pretty!
Lovely video!! Loved hearing about everything ❤️
I think it's super fun that we have the same name. I'm also Sarah-Rose (but with a hyphen). I enjoy your videos, keep them up.

LOL I also always bring something to flick mascara mistakes off my face! I'm glad I'm not alone in that. 😂
I don't generally wear makeup when I travel, maybe a bb cream and mascara.

I have tried their ceramide serum! I liked it, but didn't feel like it was a must in my routine.

I haven’t gotten any flaky skin since using the oil! Really wish I had tried it sooner 🙈 it makes a huge difference!
That moisturizer is nice but not a dupe.
Did you use to have oily skin before starting tret?
No it’s been dry since before tret!
The Cocokind moisturizer is on sale at Ulta right now :-)
I just saw that!! I might have to stock up!
❤❤❤
