    Awesome bro, I am a lot like you. I find keto great for losing weight but always start piling it back on once I go off it. Winter is my struggle. What is your height? I am 5'5 and my heaviest weight was about 215. Currently at like 185 but wanna get down to about 145 and stay there.

    Not everyone needs 2000 calories a day and some people need more. I’m over 6 ft and have an active lifestyle. I need 3200 calories a day just to maintain my weight, any less and I’m losing weight. Everyone’s caloric needs are different. Average sedentary male needs 2500 calories a day.

      He's 5'2 so 2k cals seems right for him. Everyone's BMR is different.

    Great video! Are you saying you only do curls and ab workouts? No chest workouts?
