I am so grateful that you spent so much time and effort making these exercise videos. I am a senior working on getting knee surgery, and finally after a year of losing weight, and getting my A1C under control I have a date. I have a sedentary job, both knees need to be replaced, and I kept thinking I have to do whatever i can to get in the best shape I can so I can be ready for the surgery. I have 2 months left to continue to do whatever I can to give a benefit to my body. I started doing your sit exercises 1 x a day, (2 x when I can get it in). It is amazing that in just 2-3 weeks I can feel real muscles in my legs now, my arms and back feel stronger. The muscles in my legs feel stronger, and are able to support my poor knees better. I am reminded of something I forgot, I really do love to move my body, and it does feel good to exercise. Thank you for every day you spent creating and thinking about this class and helping others. Thank you for not leaving people like me out of the mix. I am so grateful to you for your kindness, energy, and all of your encouraging words. I send you wishes for blessings.

I am especially happy to read that you have been reminded that you do enjoy exercise, and that you are already feeling stronger after just a few weeks of exercising. Just think of how strong you'll be when you get closer to the date for surgery. I'm excited for you since this is just the start! We only got one workout in today; we attended a reunion of folks we worked with for over 20 years; it was the 22nd anniversary of the closure of our company. It was wonderful bringing up our memories. We were truly a family, and it was so sad when our plant closed and we were scattered. But we had a really great time visiting with them.
I have tried just about all of your seated videos and I love them. As a morbidly obese person, I needed to find a way to work out that would not stress my knees. I was delighted to find these videos do a great job of that. Thanks for all your hard work!

We only got one workout in today; it’s been a rough one. I’ve had dizziness most of the day, but finally got to feeling good enough to do this easier one. Maybe one day I’ll finally get all situated and be able to get back to doing harder ones again. Until then, we’ll just keep moving.
I'm sorry to read that you weren't feeling well today, Mary:( This workout was a good choice for some gentle movement. I love your comment of 'we'll just keep moving' because that is what most people stop doing. You've got the right idea and that will keep you strong and as healthy as you can be.

Jules, We have been doing your seated workouts since you started years ago and love 99.9% of them, but we do dislike the no talking ones with the instruction on the side panel of the workouts. Due to the lack of talking from you, we tend to let our minds wander, or shut our eyes, thus missing the next move. We love the seven day seated series and have done it many many times, just not day three as much.👎 Please continue making the seated series, as we do look forward to them! Thanks

There shouldn’t be any ads in this workout. I will look at the settings. The only videos of mine that might have ads are the ones with copyrighted music because I can’t control those ones. I shall look and if they are on, I will turn them off. Thanks for letting me know!

I like your exercises and I play regularly with you everyday but continuous seated walking for 10 minutes is very hard.
