You can still give Pascal the Scallop. He only pops up for the first scallop you find that day. Anymore you find you can keep as he won't appear again until the next day.

I still have my pumpkin patch but I descaled it's size by alot because I needed the space for other construction works. I'm in work all day on Thursday until 10pm so this is super helpful for collecting my full grocery list in advance of the event as I won't have alot of time to do it before work.
