Power directly connected to power supply.
HDMI and USB cables are firmly connected.
    Drivers up to date.
Tried downgrade to previous driver version where it was last working, but still same issue.
    Restarted few times.
Tablet can recognize the Pen. It responds to pen. However, the problem was it has totally NO DISPLAY.

It happened to me and I solved it in a very easy way. Maybe my solution will work for you. They only need to consider the single cable that goes to the Wacom. I thought I could connect it from either side because it was a type C port. I connected it with the cable coming out towards my right hand to have less cables on the table. Then I tried another PC and it worked, but this time I plugged in the cable that powers the Wacom with the cable coming out towards my left hand. Go back to my initial PC and connect it the same way and it works. It is hard to believe that this could be because in either of the two positions the Wacom has power and as proof of this is that it shows the logo on the screen but it will only mirror your PC if it is in the indicated position.

Okay this comment needs to be pinned. I had the same issue but oddly enough the glitch happened while my cursor was on screen so while the screen was black and still interactable I had a non moving cursor in the middle of my display. Figured it was some type of screen freezing glitch. Anyway resetting the PC didnt work and I tried many other things a for a full night, but after reading this comment I shuffled around the Wacom cords disconnected the HDMI reconnected, got a screen (still heavily bugged looking but it was a screen moving with my mouse) Reset all the cords to their original ports, and it was fixed. Really jumping through some hoops but you may wanna give it a shot if you dont have a warranty or money to get a new one

I had this problem too, I plugged in the HDMI cable from the Wacom into my pc's upper HDMI port, and it gave me similar experience as in the video. I managed to make it work by plugging the HDMI cable below, next to my primary monitors cable port, since there were two ports for HDMI there. It serves as another monitor now, and I can make the tablet into the primary display or duplicate them , etc. I believe this is how it is supposed to be, but I'm not an IT guy so do correct me if I'm wrong.

it has to do with the power cable attached to the tablet for example, if your laptop is sitting on the left and the tablet is on your right, make sure you connect the power cable with the cable going to the left, its very weird but only the pen could work then. but after trying to swith sides with the usb type C cable that powers up the unit. it worked.

Hello all. I was having the same issue with my Cintiq 13HD on a Mac. Here's my two cents on how it was fixed. It was the simplest thing and you would think a digital artist with over 13 years of experience with these digital devices wouldn't have made such a rookie mistake. The issue came from me plugging in the thunderbolt cable incorrectly. That was it. After unplugging and replugging the cables, downloading any driver updates available, and rebooting my mac a few times, it came down to a backwards thunderbolt cable. D'oh! So, my advice, as simple and maybe even stupid, as it may seem. Double and triple check HOW your cables are connected. Hope my tomfoolery helps someone :)

For me, the solution was simpler than I thought.
At the beggining i thought it was the connector since my power connector was working ok and when i connected USB i could use the tactile pen, even tho i had no signal (That would made me buy an adapter or in the worst case scenario, buy a new 50 bucks connector from wacom). So I opened wacom display center and updated every driver (general and firmware). Then i kept my tablet on and reboot the computer.
When it was iniciating, i had a gigabyte motherboard signal in my tablet screen so it wasn't display signal the problem actually. I went to my desktop, right click and Nvidia control panel. For some reason when i toggled the option "Configure multiple screens" my wacom was disabled. I enabled it and it started working again.

I have the same problem. Updating the driver did not help. Everything is connected in the same way as it was before I was just cleaning at the table. Unfortunately, when I did this, the tablet fell on the display, but when I connect it to the display, there are no problems. The Wacom inscription glows clearly. But it says on the monitor that the PC does not give a signal. I rearranged the drivers, as well as swapping the HDMI ports with the main monitor. And still does not connect. Before that, everything was working normally. Although there used to be such a problem and somehow it disappeared. And I just found a way to adjust the table so that I can comfortably draw on it. I wanted to kiss and damn... how the hell

Wacom doesn’t need to save the planet and papers
Include a proper instruction manual with it

The Wacom logo shows up then The “No Signal detected” pops up.

Hi! See your display properties, maybe it is set to display just 1 screen? Try to select extended or duplicate display

When you unplug the HDMI connecting to your laptop, was the display on laptop went back? If it is.. then it's probably your monitor display setting....

@Gracia Reyes Please pin this comment, in case it helps others: I had the exact problem (and it drove me nuts =.= ) What actually helped was to install all drivers in my new laptop (especially the graphic drivers). Maybe others need to update them. After you install/update, restart PC/laptop and it works.

    Fixed.
Windows 11. I was running nvidia studio drivers. Completely did a clean install of the drivers and I have to enable the inbuilt gpu (Ryzen 7950) even thought I’m running 4090 and 3090 separately.
