Here we have a ripped off mini usb port modul from a Wacom Intuos 5 Graphic Tablet. Let's Fix It. Trace Repair And Some UV-Cure!

@@yunzhaofu9167 no, only found them with 4 legs, searched for: USB Connectors USB 2.0 mini B jack 5 pin
