- Hi everyone! I've been asked a few times how I modded my Anne Pro 2 and what mods I've done to it - so here is everything I've done to it from start to finish, as detailed as I can. Please excuse the scuffed audio!

ive been looking for ways to mod my anne pro without breaking the bank and stumbled across your video! really appreciate how detailed you are!
Great and thorough video :) - thank you!
70th subscriber! lol had too do it, great quality vids :)
Thank you mate!!
Thank you, you saved my life
nice video, subbed!
Esta genial este video! y el sonido del anne pro modeado dios!
Loved the bandaid mod since my anne pro 2 had really shaky stabs- I found if you use a screwdriver or something to gently push that stem piece you referred to up, it actually just stays in place so you don't risk popping out the bar and then you can just push that stem piece again to put it back! Great vid- thank you sm
can u explain what u mean by that stem piece or could u tell me when he mentioned it cuz i dont really wanna pop the wire out so yeah

I took the time to desolder and solder them all in again. it is absolutely worth it to go thru it
that's good to hear, I plan to mod my anne pro II to make it thockier, I have gateron brown which i love. What changes did you make to your keyboard, did you updated the switches as well?
@MVD Rider I put Gateron Milky Yellows and Hand-lubed them. Also, lube the stabilizers and replaced the keycaps.
@@Tonio_onair milky yellow better than mx cherry red?
@@EnotikC definitely
@@Tonio_onair can u explain little bit
Thank you!
Can you just disconnect and remove the battery and just permanently use it in wired mode with no problems?
Can you trybexpanding foam for sound deadning? 🤔
bro just made it into a completely different keyboard, nice
What can I do to avoid the bar from slipping out when adding the bandaids?
Remove the cover and stick it?
Love love love
Awesome
so basically any soldering keyboard i can lube like this ? i have a hyperx alloy origin which has a lot of spring ping, dont think this method can make it better
I’d say so. You’d be surprised with how much it helps! Just make sure you do your research before trying. I’m not sure what switches that keyboard has but it looks like a generic switch so should work?
I hear that the sound is mostly Thock, but at the same time there are also very obvious and harsh Clack sounds, what is the reason for this?
the only thing i can think of is that it's a tray mount case, so wherever the screws touch the pcb/switch/plate assembly would result in a harsher bottom out and therefore a harsher/clack sound. hope that makes some sense?? hahah
If I foam and tape mod an Anne pro, is it possible to gasket mount?
Unfortunately not, the Anne Pro is a tray mounted keyboard - the only thing you could do to get it close is to o-ring mod it. Check out Keybored's Tofu mod guide for context!
Hi,
Can you send the links to the lube & lube brush you used please?
Hey mate, I've added them to the links in the description box. Cheers!
Can i use the regular Anne Pro 2 Case and get similar results?
I wonder the same. I’m going to try it tomorrow either way
@@burn_47 u get any result? can u share something?
Hello, do you need to lubricate the switch from all four sides?
Yes ideally! The aim is to get the lube to somehow move into the spring under the stem too.
@@AvinashKunjamboo Thanks for the detailed answer
Anyone else confused abut the color of the case? In one clip its green and then the sound test looks black.
Yeah sorry haha it's my shocking colour grade. It's a green case for sure
bruh the only thing left of that ane pro2 is the pcb xD nice job anyways. At this point might as well desolder the switches and put some better linears on it
bahahha youre very right lmao - i don't think ive even seen this board in like half a year at least now
After watching all these videos and researching on how to fix keyboard sound issues i feel like i should just stick to a damn membrane why doesnt a keyboard sound good out of the box?!?!?
just get a hotswappable keyboard and pre handlubed switches. The foam and tape is quickly added to the case
reddit ganggg!
Reupload only timestamp 5;53-8;45 and itll get 1 million views
After lubing the keys most of them don’t work but some just make random letters like “6FEG” and such. How can I fix this?
